Usually,we celebrate 7 day in the Chinese New Year.

It's New Year (Tet) in Viet Nam, too, and a few other places. Chuc Mung Nam Moi! I remember going around visiting everyone I knew in my town. So many houses, so many different kinds of alcohol. :D

Usually,we cook fish by 2 step:

1,fry.

2,boil with sauce and vinegar.

Perhaps it is not beautiful,but very good to eat.

Yeah, I used to date a Thai chick who would eat fish like that. Never could bring myself to try it. Are those teriyaki wings in the upper left hand corner? Mmmm, teriyaki wings. :drool:
