I thought it was alright. The flashbacks ruined the continuety a bit for me and I found it more annoying than intriguing, and of course there is the feature of any TV show to go on so long; the more you watch the less sense the plot makes.

I thought it was pretty good although the flash backs did mess it up for me as well.

 

And I couldn't figure out the time frame.

Obviously it(what they called the "present day" events) happens before the destruction of the Pegasus and before New Caprica but after Cain's Death.

no release date for season 3 on dvd?

 

i saw it in a store yesterday.... didn't have the money to grab it at the time though

Makes sense I guess. They want to create the maximum amount of stir for the new season. They've never made us wait a year and a half before. I guess it's just as well next season it is. As good as this show it, management wise it never seemed to have it's act together.

It's the entire series. No extras though, and doesn't include the resistance stuff from the net. It was $70 aud, which xe.com tells me is 61.9496 USD.
