Very Similar to Hades Thread...

But I love my life at the moment... In fact I dont think it will get any better..

About 3 months ago I started a new job where the pay is awsome, the hours are good, im not stuck in an office all day and I can surf the net.

Also I am in the process of building my first house, which is currently running ahead of schedule.

And in 5 months time I am going to get married to the woman I love.

So all in all life is pretty good at the moment =]

Like I said in Hades thread. The only thing with having a perfect life is things can only ever get worse.

But I have had my fair share of rotten luck so it is about time things started looking up...

I have had 26 years of the low life, so I am now looking forward to 26 years of the good life...

I had thought that some of nature's journeymen had made men and not made them well, for they imitated humanity so abominably. - Book of Counted Sorrows

Well good for you...(really)

Just remember to keep your expectations in check I suppose. No, not regarding your fiancee/wife but jobs can take major turns for the worst and your house might not finish the way it started (I'm sure you took care in designing it though  ).

I guess you could consider my version of a "My life" thread to be the relationships thread >_<

No less than six months, and no more than full year from now, you'll discover...

1.) ... you don't have a job,

2.) ... something bad about your house and

3.) ... the woman you love doesn't love you back. At least, not the way she does the mailman!

All that because you felt uppity enough to temp fate. Sucks, huh?

So do I ;)

And I dont mean to gloat, but I feel I have had my fair share of bad luck over the times, so now it is only fair that some good should happen. Im not expecting it to last forever(well apart from the marriage) as all good things will come to a end

but untill it happens I am going to enjoy it as:

1...There are other jobs

2...Unless the house is built on an ancient burial ground, whatever happens I can always fix it

3...If worst come to the worst(which I doubt) there are other fish in the sea

You just have to take the rough with the smooth

Heh, i used to think that way once, but things only got worst.

Good luck with your happy life, nonetheless...

So tell me, Mojo, are you by any chance the the-glass-is-half-full type?

No not at all...

But in the last 8 years I have nearly died 3 times, so when you experience something like that not one but three times you tend to look at lifes ups and downs and think

"thats not so bad"

I nearly died on my motorcycle 1 1/2 times.

I just tended to drink alot those nights.

Think that says something about me?
