When walking from the landing platform to the refugee sector, you encounter a refugee who tells you about the sector and the Exchange. He ends with something like: if I hear something, I'll let you know. I never hear something of that guy. Has anyone?

July 9, 200520 yr I really doubt that guy had anything to do whatsoever with a main storyline really, i dont see how he could have anything to do with the Genoharadan, P.S i only just found out this was cut from the game!!
