This is a known glitch that no one's sure why TSL is doing it... One person had stated that a "temporary" fix was to adjust your PC's Charisma to 50... yeah, I know that this is an extreme number and way out of bounds for a "legit / cheated" character... but so far, no one has claimed that it didn't work... You could possibly try that... otherwise, I think the NPC's alignment reverts back to normal once you transition between an area or board/leave the Ebon Hawk... not sure however... July 5, 200520 yr Not that it really matters what your NPCs lightside/darkside is. With max influence, the closest I've gotten is a little sliver away from max light/dark.
July 5, 200520 yr I've seen NPCs completely change. I thought Sith Lord and Jedi Master were supposed to swing those changes even further. Sarah got Atton to turn completely evil.

July 6, 200520 yr I've gotten them to get ds/ls masteries but I get this bug too. only on the pc version and I've had it since before the patch.
July 7, 200520 yr Maybe the answer is simple...he doesn't have the mod installed but maybe its because he doesn't have influence with his party members.
July 23, 200520 yr Author I have the mod installed and influence with all the NPC's but their alignment is still the opposite of mine.
August 9, 200520 yr Author i returned the copy of thergame that i had and bought a brand new one. But im Still having the same problem. For those that dont know what my problem is, here it is again: My PC's enfluence on my NPC's is negative or opposite. So ig my PC is 100% light the NPC's are 100% Dark.
August 9, 200520 yr what level is your charisma? I found that if your charisma is 50 or above you will get these fluctuations.
August 10, 200520 yr Author you get a charisma of 50 by cheating, and thanks for the tip. I'll lower my charisma the next time i play.

Not sure about the availability of items with Charisma modifiers, but there is no cieling for attribute bonuses (like in NwN, which only permits an adjustment of +12 to any score).
