Paintball

Was thinking of getting back into the "sport" and was wondering how much things have changed. I got out of it in 98.

I used to love it, but then I played with a group of psyco army reject nuts who kept talking about 'charlie' and 'dust off'.

 

A full day of that and I havn't been able to sleep properly since.

Been a couple of years. We've played together since high school, though, so I don't know what other groups are like.

Was just wondering what had changed. When I played there where no tournies on tv and speedball was just getting popular. Is the auto-****er marker still one of the best markers?

 

P.S. It only hurts for a second Darque and even then only if the lumox was really close or uses cold paint.

Think of it as the game war with guns that shoot actuall projectiles. Small paint pellets that are water solluble(?SP).

Hah,I like it.We play it with PP(plastic) bullets.

It is very pain if you by hit.

Usually we play it in a ruin,river bank,old factory.

But now,we don't play it for a long time.

Never played air soft but it looks interesting.

Paintball is too expensive for us,so I...we just play air soft.

It is pretty much the same basic thing. I wish we had places in our area like you speak of because that sounds like fun.

Paintball is still fun.

It plays just like counterstrike;

Without the aimbots.

Used to play it a lot. Two weekends a month re inactment and two playing paintball.

 

compared the bruises you get from a blunt metal weapon, paintballs are nothing. Worst thing I had happen was some paintball bruises on my neck and chest getting mistook for love bites. That one took a LOT of explaining and several phonecalls.

 

Keep your goggles on unless your an idiot because the only real serious injury you can get is a paintball in the eye or blowback from a canister.
