This is my first poll, so please be gentle...

Personally, I am a little disappointed with only 12, I was hoping for at least 15...but I guess it would take a lot of work to do that...

I expected less than 12. I didn't even expect 9.

Considering you could only have 9 in KotOR, of which 7 you could have a conversation with, i'm more than satisfied with the amount of potential party members.

correction to the poll, that should say 9 givens (relating to kotor)...i had a stupid moment thinking there were 10 joinable npcs in kotor...

Considering you could ony have 9 in KotOR, of which 7 you could have a conversation with, i'm more than satisfied with the amount of potential party members.

always the more the better so I am for sure happy about not haveing them all at the same time.

I'm quite happy with 12, but I hope there will be some characters who could be temporary NPCs who disappear after the sidequest is done. But I'll be happier if there more than 12 sidequests.

there were 10 but trask died. and i was hopin for 15 but im happy with 12 cuz its better than 9.

Slightly off topic but, I would like 5 party members in the group as opposed to three. You could compensate for this by adding more baddies or something. It doesn't really matter but its my preference. I doubt its modable since its probably coded straight into the swkotor.exe file.

Sence you can travel with only two, who cares.

 

Besides game devs have limited resources-> too many NPCs mean less developed NPCs.

 

Me, I prefer fewer and more rounded NPCs.

Slightly off topic but, I would like 5 party members in the group as opposed to three. You could compensate for this by adding more baddies or something. It doesn't really matter but its my preference. I doubt its modable since its probably coded straight into the swkotor.exe file.

 

It would be a bit messy though, unless you change scale of the characters.

I expected around 15 - 20 but I am ok with 12, I am just hoping that it means that there will be more interactions with all the characters.

I'm completely happy with 12. Even in the first one with only 12 I'm still playing the game over and over using different people and discovering their different strengths. Maybe I just suck and should have done that the first time, but whatever. I don't care if I suck, its still fun.

I only counted 9, 10 if you count Trask.

I'd rather have 12 then 20 if they have better, more developed, stories. 20 characters wouldn't matter if they were boring. One of the few problems with the old game, I had very little use for most of the characters after all the Jedis joined my party, I hope that there is a good reason, or more so good abilities, that each character brings to the table

I think you were right with 10.

 

There are only 9 slots. But the slot that Trask starts off with ends up being used by someone else - Candy I think.

12 is agood number as long as they are well developed.
