im not sure if this is true but i heard it is used to keep people out of the reconstruction zones.Like the places that are being rebuilt may be dangerous so they need those barriers to keep civillians out

I think you hit the nail right on the head with that one. I remember reading that somewhere I think it was EGM's preview.

That explanation sounds completely insane. I'm sure it's partially true, but I doubt it's exactly what the situation will be.

Aren't those towers out on the ocean there, or atleast what apears to be an ocean, or some large body of water. I stand behind my previous comment
