The current reputation system might be bugged, for example, I simply killed every killable NPC in my game for science. But to my surprise, reputations of some factions went from +4 to +5, others remained at +5. Even though, I got a lot of "lost reputation(major)", still some reputations increased. BTW, there are 4 ships might spawn on condition ( 1 for each faction), and they might carry some unique power items.

I haven't noted what drop you get from that. But perhaps it means you need to be a more "defined" enemy than just someone who kills indiscriminately. I tried pissing off the pirates by just killing everyone at the court but it's bugged to hell. As soon as I stepped on my ship it started playing the Ondra's Mortar events. June 9, 20187 yr So yeah, you need rep -4 to get the armour, but at least before 1.1 it was impossible to get bad rep with Principi, once you had +3 (2?), while now at least with a maximum rep of +1 it is really easy to get it to -4/5 by just killing mad Morena and clear the Undercroft of hostiles. I can slaughter one floor of the VTC HQ and then on the other people are like oh hey, what up. Gellarde. At least they're not automatically hostile. June 12, 20187 yr my question with reputation is : I m allready +5 with principi if i manage to get it down to -3 or - 4 it will not change the +5 from what i understand the color link will be purple and not red, so will it still make that special encounter trigger or do i need to start from an old save ? "that s a bit annoying to see that kind of stuff pieces linked to "faction reputation" there should be another way to get those pieces of stuff even if it s an harder way than just lowering a reputation and doing a fight my two cents
