  1. Hey all, I'm curious if anyone has used a caster in some form, or many, through the course of the game (I've played through, spoilers are not a problem for me), using a lot of conditions, rather than just pure DPS. For example, is there utility in things like mass prone, mass blindness along with things like confuse late game, from a Wizard? I ask because I'm considering yet another play through, but this time, using a bunch of melee DPS characters, no real pure tanks, using a mix of fighters, rogues and barbarians with a wizard as support, with the ability to do lots of prone spells, blind spells, confuse, etc. Obviously meant for just a fun casual play through, not looking to be optimal, just seeing if it could work at all. I'm not sure how useful prone/blind/confuse is through the whole game when you put it in the context of a bunch of melee DPS characters. Thoughts? Very best,
  2. So my character is stuck on the ground. He cannot move. Its not a huge problem, as I can save and load, and have it "reset" back to normal. I figured I'd report it anyway. I'm not permitted to upload jack, so here's a dropbox link: Log: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/64975302/output_log.rar (A lot of nullpointers in there)
  3. Description: Game version is GOG, updated to 1.04 My main character is a fighter, when I use Knockdown or a weapon which has a chance to apply prone on crit applies prone; however it lasts 0.0 seconds. Patch 1.04 notes claim that this issue is fixed however it seems like the fix is not retroactive. Honestly I am looking for a hotfix, it sort of breaks the game. If it could be fixed by editing a file or via console I would welcome that option too. Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Choose knockdown, hit enemy, observe that the enemy falls down and immediately gets up. Important Files: Savegame & Output Log & DxDiag https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5y0esztjl80xhpc/AADs3XshNBw6A7qw3hPMnoMMa?dl=0 My output log is around 13MB and full of NullReferenceException
  4. Like the title says really, when casting the spell Call to Slumber, the enemies affected by it become prone for the entire fight, instead just the 14 seconds
  5. Now Eder can't knock people prone anymore?! ARRGGGHHh this is actually worse for me than all the bugs that got fixed >.< He can successfully land it but it's always 0.0 sec prone.... ie: broken. EDIT: Huh so I rolled up another fighter for testing and her KD seems fine so something got messed up specifically on Eder on my save as it was being patched. Tried removing him and re-adding him to the party and no luck so far but I'll keep experimenting. If anyone else has run into this and knows a fix, please let me know. EDIT2: Weirder and weirder. It's only affected my latest 3 saves. If I go back further than that he's acting normal. I'll end up losing a couple hours but that might be what I have to do at this point.
