  1. Well, Revan carried a pair of green sabers until she picked up the Mantle and Heart crystals from Yavin 4. It may have been an odd color combo, but Malak was swiss cheese. My Exile started with purple, but once I saw the silver... (w00t) mmmm.... just lovely. Silver is shiny.
  2. Well, you could have just used a full-sindar name. That looks kind of wonky. Ah, I remeber the frst time I used an aposthrope in a fantasy name. Real nostalgia: Dah-Let'har, wild-elf druid of Silvanus. I felt so proud. :"> <{POST_SNAPBACK}> True, but I like Ximena (with the x pronounced as a ch). Next to Serendipity it's one of my most commonly used character names (though Serendipity is for bards only). Telcontar always pops up as one of my SW "legacy" names, I've got a few generations of them scattered through various RP games. I'm always pleased when someone recognizes it though, strangely it tends to slip past a lot of my gaming buddies. Ooh, the wonderous apostrophe! Shoves a few very old DnD characters under the table only to see ch'Havran crawl back out and nyah at me... if I recall, I think that one was a Romulan word...
  3. Revan: Ximena Telcontar Exile: Lailath Avari ... for I am a Tolkien geekette at heart.
  4. Revan and Exile are both LSF. Why? Cause that's how I played em. The creators of the game gave us the choice and I took it. It's like saying that the male character written into the novelization of the Balder's Gate series is the only "canon" verison of that game. Pshaw. I wasn't a male human fighter, I was a female half-elven F/MU/T. My snarky, LSF Revan who romanced Carth and saved the Republic is just as valid and true as someone else's DSM who corrupted Bastilla and took back his place as leader of the Sith. Play it your way.
  5. Wow, that was great, and so sad at the end. One of the things that hurt with KOTOR II was discovering that Revan left Carth behind. (I what? Why the heck would I do something like that?) Hopefully KOTOR III will bring them back together.
  6. Mmmm... very nice. Two handsome, but different men. Carth, the one you bring home to meet mom. Atton, the one that your mother just ran away with. " Thanks for sharing!
  7. There is a lot of good stuff buried in this game, hopefully some of it may one day see light with a few good modders. Though, I have one theory on Atton's various endings. Most notably the one where he shows up at the end saying "You aren't going without me?". This may be the ending he gets if he doesn't become a Jedi. All the other endings are fairly indicative of him being trained in the Force by the Exile. Instead of a dead Jedi (force ghost) what if he's a live scoundrel? It'd make sense for him at that point to hang back with the Ebon Hawk and not get involved with all the lightsaber waving going on. Well... that's how I'd end it for him anyways... a girl needs her scoundrels intact, ya know.
  8. Bao-Dur's voice makes me twitch a bit. Nihilus and Sion make me twitch a lot... ick. Hanharr... uh, sorry but no. He'd make a great throw rug though. Mandalore... potential, great potential there but I'd need a can opener every time I wanted a little funtime. Which leaves me with Disciple and Atton. If Atton wasn't around then Disciple might have stood a chance, but like Leia, I love a scoundrel.
  9. That's what finally got me moving again. Lesson learned... keep several saves for this game, its freaking twitchy.
  10. I am also getting a lock up problem. First few hours were fine, but the moment I went down into the superheated tunnels, my character locks up. I can activate force powers, fight and use items, but she stays frozen in one spot.
