I remember hearing that you was into fencing. I have a very close female friend who's really big on fencing, and ballet surprisingly... I'd guess they complement each other, but my use of bladed weapons has always been brutal, and certainly without any grace. So are you any good? or just one of those hobbies?

Europe was Christianized through the sword, and through pressures of economic trade. Monotheism is in no way linked to the prosperity of democratic ideals, if anything it served to hinder them. Pagans were for the most part always democratic, the althing in Iceland is an example of this. You make it sound like Westerners were christian by choice, they were never christian by choice, more than anything folk were christian out of fear. Christianity hasn't ever been responsible for anything good. I don't believe Christianity has anything to do with why democracy was embraced. Monotheism & Freedom cannot co-exist.

Monotheism will lead to monoculture. Monoculture is also monoracial. A Monoracial world lacks all difference. Monotheism will lead to the death of freedom. Thus I conclude that Monotheism is tyranny, and based in the idea of domination.

No, a Muslim terrorist is bad because he's been manipulated by all sorts of extreme influnces, from religious to social to personal, all of which likely intertwine with each other. Religion is kinda how you see the world.... It doesn't make people good or bad. Is a Muslim terrorist bad because of his faith? or because of how his faith can help skew his perception? Is Islam inherantly bad etc.. Frankly the whole concept of organized religion offends me. I've always found monotheism offensive, be ye a Christian, Muslim, or Jew.

I wouldn't trust that source based upon the fact that Loki is Odin's Blood brother not foster brother. Loki's a strange character, he's a god though... Of that much I am sure.

Depends who the dev's want to write the story, some companies will higher a movie script writer, the main problem is writing a story for a computer game isn't the same as writing for a movie. As for Obsidian... Who knows... I think MCA does alot of writing but I wouldn't say I'm too sure on that, though Torment was great.

Even the most simple games are usually 10 times more complex than the average player would actually realise. That's why i try to see the good in even really BAD games.
