  1. Squeeeeeee! Bao Dur <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Bah. Bao Dur. Whiny horn-head. Give me HK-47 any day. How can you not like a droid that calls you: "A random cruelty generator"?
  2. who profits from that movie coming out in march? i am just wondering that new star wars movie who gets all that cash? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That would be George Lucas. As far as I can remember, he's personally financed the prequels and I believe the latter two of the original trilogy. So he will get the overwhelming majority of money that is made from "Revenge of the Sith".
  3. The ones who can become Jedi as I've been able to are: but I still can't seem to get, Spoiler. I got Mira to convert by accident (and my character was male LS). You can get Mira to become a Jedi by staying on Nar Shadda and talking to her on the Ebon Hawk, steadily kissing her ass and then taking her to that place on Nar Shadda where you saw the first FMV of the city-scape while walking around - the camera rose and spun around, focusing on an open area between platforms... Mira will mumble something about noise flooding her head and it being terrible or something - and then you've a chance to say - "Hey, I can teach you how to control that." And Poof! One more Jedi on your team.
  4. Well, it won't work for the personal Exile crystal since it's Exile-only - attempts to equip any lightsaber with said crystal on Visa comes to failure. It otherwise appears to work without problem, however...
  5. Ah, many thanks. My first time was as Light Side... I'm going through as Dark Side for my second game... Okay, another stupid question... The holocron stays intact if 1) Exile is Dark Side - does Revan have to have gone Dark Side as well?
  6. Nope. Your only option is to not have him assembled. Force above, I love HK-47!
  7. When was this? Was this from the Holocron in Master Uthar's old room? If so, how did you open the door without breaking the Holocron?
  8. One, just like last time. Unfortunately. :D I'm trying to imagine two or even three implants at once. That would just be - incredible.
  9. ::whips out the guide book:: I was weak, and besides, it makes things so much easier... Try to have CON at 14, it offers the best range of mid-level implants... Physical Boost Package CON +1, DEX +2, STR +2 Mental Boost Package CHA +2, INT +1, WIS +2 Insight Implant WIS +2, Will Save +1 Biotech Implant Regen 1 CON 16 opens up even better ones... CON 18 opens up even more, although those are the most rare implants out there - and unfortunately you can't build them - that would have been amazing. Hey, listening Devs? Let me build Implants next game! Please?
  10. Who wouldn't use an implant? I'm not talking about purposefully increasing one's CON score just to get a certain type of implant, but if you come across one with a benefit or two, why the heck not put it on? You don't need a Feat to use Implants any more, so why not? Although some of the later implants are amazing. "Here, have +2 to every Attribue score... Why thank you, don't mind if I do."
  11. Maybe this is just another 'version' of the bug which is that for creating items, in any case the repair skill of the PC is taken into account, rather than the one of the NPC who is actually using the workbench? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> <_< I hope not... I knew I shouldn't have skimped INT on my first game, especially as a Guardian. Crap. Oh, well, time to sell some assault armor and buy stims to break those down into parts. Not nearly as efficient, but what else can I do...
  12. I must have a buggy game, then, it seemed that every item was broken down for 1 component no matter how high the skill of the character and no matter the item in question... My character's repair skill is 0 and Bao-Dur's is in the high twenties by now, and I still would recieve a whopping one peice from Mandalorian Assault Armor...
  13. The Jolee Circlet, I think it's called. Found it. I especially liked the comment about Jedi and love... "Pulling a Bindo." :D That was worth the wait. And I don't mind finding two Sith Masks... I also wouldn't mind finding more Jedi crystals - I mean the ones that have effects upon the blade, as in attack, damage, attributes, not the bloody colors...
  14. I didn't visit every planet before I got my choice of prestige classes, although I was 18th level Guardian at the time and just happened to talk to Kreia purely by accident (first time through the game and I haven't bothered really talking to the characters b/c I'm more concerned about plowing through the game that first time)... The funny thing was for about three or four hours of game time I wasn't advancing my levels because I thought there was going to be a scene similar to KOTOR 1 - you talk to some Jedi or Sith Master and they say - "You shall be trained! What path do you seek." I wasn't expecting Kreia, despite her obvious experience and heavy-handed help earlier on... So, some parts of the game were more annoying than others... And... Can the Handmaiden / Disciple and Zabrak-boy all *really* become Jedi?
