  1. Tiny. Check it out on a map. You could fit something like 100 Israels inside Australia. We can call Monaco 'miniscule'.
  2. The majority of role-playing in AP happens in conversations, where guns are out/holstered/aimed/whatever depending on the context of the conversation. OK, while I'm still bummed, that little tidbit sounds pretty awesome. Does that mean that during conversation Mike might suddenly pull out his gun and aim it at somebody when conversation isn't going his way, or when he wants to intimidate somebody?
  3. Um, no offence, but your post reads like a rant at someone, yet but nobody has even responded to your previous 2 posts in this thread. Nor was anybody getting angry or going 'message board cowboy' over the things you mentioned. O.o
  4. Yeah, I agree with you. You can replay Diablo 1 these days and still have a ton of fun because the fundamental dynamics of the game haven't aged (and the atmosphere is awesome, and the music and sound are amazing). I wish they'd kept a lot of that for Diablo 2.
  5. England itself and as a whole is full of ugly inbred idiots wearing football shirts as a fashion statement. The middle classes don't like the working classes to have fun, as it gets in the way of them feeling superior and appear caring. That's why Labour are against fatty foods, pubs, and um... er... I'll have to think of a third thing later. Oh yes, drugs! MAKE POVERTY HISTORY! CHEAPER DRUGS NOW! It's weird hearing somebody use the terms "middle class" and "working class" to mean different things. Here in Australia the resources boom shook class system up and then sat on it.
  6. LOL they have changed it back to the original. http://www.microsoft.com/poland/businesspr...ty/default.mspx
  7. Still, Diablo 1 managerd to have seperate death systems for SP and MP. One could argue Diablo 1 was designed for SP play, though.
  8. Playing Diablo 2 on HC removes half the arseholes from the game, gives the game a new meaning after you've played it 1000 times, and slows the pace down - rushing doesn't make much sense in HC for instance. The people you play with in Hc are just generally more interesting, helpful, and fun to play with. Also, less kids. I know when I was 14 I stayed well clear of HC. I was thinking "Who the hell wants their character deleted when they die?"
  9. HC was awesome. Especially if you're the type of person who liked to test and iterate through different builds anyway. Wait, Diablo 3 will include HC, right? RIGHT?
  10. NWN2 before MotB = buggy unoptimised piece of poo with a non-intuitive interface. NWN2 after MotB = fine. Not perfect, but total playable and generally smooth.
  11. Labour in Britain is absolutely ****house.
  12. Your avatar is still the Torment symbol on my home and work computer.
  13. Drawn and quartered, too... You know, you guys, you don't have to be **** to everyone who doesn't agree with you. I'm just saying, is all. Im not mad about him not liking AP. I just get really pissed off when somebody makes one post, then leaves, I get angrier when they actually say they're making one post, then leave, and I get angrierer when they join just to start dissing a game. And I get angrier when they run out of strawberry icecream.
  14. What? It's my GF. Mate, it's not like I'm going to post a disgusting pic and pretend it's my GF.
  15. I've had my GF for quite some time now (practically lives with me). Small, black, petite thing - always been good to me. I go away for the weekend, come back and something just doesn't seem right. I asked my dad if he had seen anything happen to my GF and he acts clueless. So fast forward a few weeks later, I'm coming home from work when BAM clear as day, right in my kitchen I catch my dad red handed with his meat in my GF. I was pissed, told him to get his meat out of my GF and get the **** out. Needless to say my GF got turned off. I just couldn't get over it and that night kicked my GF to the curb. Now it's been about a week since the incident and that I've been without my GF, and about 10 minutes ago my dad had the audacity to ask my how my GF has been, when he's the damn reason my GF is gone. Please, answer this for me: Should I smash the **** out of him? or... Pack my stuff and be on my way. Here's a picture of my GF... http://i31.tinypic.com/i6k2mc.jpg Thanks.
  16. I hope every class has some team buffs & support skills instead of it being concentrated on one class this time.
  17. Actually, somebody who played the Monk for 15 minutes at Blizzcon said it's similar to the Assassin but smoother (i.e. less button-mashing).
  18. Then don't play it. It's like the Assassin - you needed more strategy and micromanagement than most classes, and that turned some people off... but others loved it as a change of pace. Anyway I have a feeling the Monk will be a lot smoother to play than the Assassin.
  19. Well, *insult about how at least Australians don't perform carnal activities with sheep*, mate
  20. It was OK. If you really enjoyed it though I can't stress enough that you should buy the book it's based on, Hurlshot. It's about 10 times better. Please, if you ever listen to me about one thing, let it be this. http://www.amazon.com/Yes-Man-Danny-Wallace/dp/1416918345 Is it a self-help book? It does look pretty interesting, I'll keep an eye out for it at the bookstore. I always enjoy book recommendations :D No, it's a comedy like the movie based on it. I found it hilarious the whole way through, but in a meaningful way that made you think about your own life.
  21. tl;dr But from what I can figure out, you need to open the window, pop your head out, get some fresh air, maybe go to the mall and meet real people for a change, and then if you're still not feeling better, have a big cry. You can do it. I have faith in you.
  22. I tend to agree, but I don't give too much of a ****, since it's not like Deus Ex's aug system was totally realistic either but it was still fantastic.
  23. Oh, definitely under $1000 USD. Especially if you already have a nice monitor to use.
