Aye aye. You read it fairly well. Except the part about the "Ultra-Christian theocrat tendency has the whip hand in the GOP". That's really just propaganda from the left. The 'Ultra-Christians' really aren't a big powerbase in any political party, nor are most of those that are religious in any party (there be religious democrats even believe it or not) causing any real problems on the national political scene. The big concerns of the 'Ultra-Christians' are much the same as the big concerns of those who tend to not think they are religious when it comes to politics. The anti-religious rhetoric is really just blah blah to further divide and conquer those who aren't politically savvy or intelligent enough to see what's what. Anyways... yes. War is coming on both sides of the Atlantic. The question is how? Will it be civil uprisings or will the powers that be take us into another world war to avoid such uprisings? As they certainly know they are coming. It's openly talked about in many circles on this side of the Atlantic at this point. My money is on both, but I hope I'm wrong. The momentum towards hot conflict seems inexorable at this point, on many levels.

I'm no fan of Perry, however the indictment as it's so far been represented in the media is a sham. Unless there's something that's not yet seen the light of day in the field of public accusations Perry is in the right on this one, will prevail in court for sure, and will likely come out unscathed politically as well (the office bringing the charges will likely get boiled instead; the DA in question is a corrupt dbag). And not one person so far mentioned in this thread as a candidate for president would make a good one. With any of them we'd just get status quo and be piling on more weight to the sled we're riding downhill into oblivion. Wheeeeee!

I don't give a rats ass about his estimates of casualties during a full-scale US invasion. There was no need for any furhter invasion. No need for any furhter war. The US wasn't saving anyone at that point anymore. is good that you reveal your lack o' any desire or capacity to be reasonable. sure, virtual all reputable historians believe either that the bombs scared japan into surrender, or that it were actual the russian deceleration o' war that set nails to proverbial japanese coffin, but that doesn't fit with your world view, so you chose not to give a "rats ass" 'bout reason or history. is no different than your pov on israel-arab conflict. no surprise. you don't give a "rats ass" what anyone says. HA! Good Fun! Popular history as it is taught in many schools or on the 'History Channel' does not equate to "virtual all reputable historians". Not even close. Having spent a great deal of time in the history department of a couple highly respected major universities in the U.S., I can tell you that not only a good portion of the students don't hold that view but that a good portion of the professors don't hold that view. Most of the better ones, do not. They tend to know better, have the ability to think critically, and actually make use of that ability regularly. That said, real history isn't a popularity contest anyways. Also, Trashman is correct. BTW: Your grammar tends to suck. Work on improving it please.

I never once said Israeli's eat children, nor did I say Hamas is innocent. In your polarized mind it doesn't surprise me it must be thus in your head. The reality is that this post is the first time I've mentioned Hamas in this thread. But hey, don't let reality get in the way of a good sounding false accusation or the self reassuring spouting of your sciolisms. Of course you don't take me seriously. To do so, would mean you'd have to actually go learn yourself some things, think, and admit you're wrong. The latter is likely your biggest obstacle, it is for most. It's much easier to hold onto that paradigm given to you, and to buy that BS being peddled with other people's blood, as you don't need to truly think or actually do any work yourself.

Seriously doubt? This isn't a matter of opinion, the facts can be found. Go find them before you jabber please. You really need to go learn you some history. Of World War 2, Germany, Israel, Palestine, the middle east in general, and I've little doubt a slew of other subjects.. And the exception is modern times, not history. Most of the strife in modern times is due to a whole lotta people such as yourself buying into the divide and conquer tactics of those who would delude you to steal yours and/or others resources and wealth. That and the conflicts, both the hot and the cold, in the middle east and near everywhere else are fomented and funded by the same evil folks who would delude you. But you'd know this, if you actually knew yourself some history and real world politik. But hey, keep on seriously doubting things that happened, and are indeed intended. Be ignorant. It's the cool thing to do. Near everyone else is doing it. Think that there's some deep ingrain hatred amongst all Arabs and has been since time immemorial. Nevermind reality. Keep on buying the BS, it's certainly being sold in droves, and the price is only other people's blood so, what the heck? Why not. right?

In Bruce's world, and in the world of many who believe just about all that is spouted by the mainstream media and 'respectable' in their minds governments, the 1970s is ancient obscure huh? Not even history, but 'huh?'. History, real history isn't a factor in their minds, only the BS spouted by the world is flat cult. Real history and reality destroys their paradigm and would shattered their brainwashed world, so it must be ignored or derided in some manner, ie: 'crazy conspiracy theory'. [Tip: If ever you use the word 'conspiracy' as a 'bad word', you're brainwashed and have been rendered incapable of critical thinking, try and snap out of it.] Sure, their priests might point to some history and ignore some others in their convincing of the masses such as Bruce of X, but real history is never a part of the World is Flat cult leaders' rhetoric. Real history and knowledge points to an invasion of Palestine by a bunch of foreigners under the manta of 'Zionism', who have hijacked (in the minds of many) what it means to be Jewish, actually having the audacity to assert that they speak for all Jews everywhere. Nevermind that a very sizable amount of the Jewish people in this world do not support Israel and are appalled by the evil perpetrated there. There are even many Israelis at this point that are appalled by the evil perpetrated by those that run things there. Real history shows that those invaders ultimately were able to convince and coerce other foreign entities to support them in their invasion. What's happening in Gaza is murder folks. Plain and simple murder. The goal is the eradication of the Palestinian peoples. If you think it is otherwise, you don't know your history, nor do you know the motives of those who run Israel, or how they view people who are not the 'chosen' in the eyes of their God. [Tip: They have more respect for cows.] Really, if the oil embargo is the 1970s is somehow new news to you, if you don't know what the Balfour declaration is, if you don't know what a 'goyim' is, if you don't know who Theodore Herzl was, if you don't know the history behind Zionism going back to the 19th century coupled with the history of the Palestine region in general over that time, you have no idea what's going on in Israel or Gaza. But I'll sum it up for you: Murder, theft, and ultimately local genocide.

Since someone is actually posting ADL links here as if they are a factual and/or relevant news source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qtx1u8Bv5_I Foxman is a world class shyster. The ADL is good for as a study subject in propaganda and racial baiting, and not much else.

What's that famous quote attributed to Goebbles "If you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it, and you will even come to believe it yourself." Seriously, despite the fact that people keep repeating that there's no serious evidence to support it. The IDF on the other hand... That's a Palestinian child they're using btw. Actually Imperial Japan had already been negotiating a conditional surrender to the U.S.S.R (amusingly Stalin was the good cop to America's bad cop), unfortunately for the Japanese the Yanks wanted nothing less than an unconditional surrender to the U.S.A. Indeed. Almost everything your average person believes about the Israeli/Palestinian conflict is a lie. It's been a broken record in western media for over 50 years. A broken record of lies. Arguing with people who believe this stuff is akin to trying to convince a devout follower of World is Flat Cult that the world is indeed not flat. No matter how much evidence there is around them, no matter how little thinking is required to comprehend that what's going on is what's going on, no matter how many times they've obviously been lied to, they cannot let go of their world view paradigm and stop listening to their evil priests who know damn well the world is not flat but realize that they need a large portion of the people to buy their BS so they can get away with their evil crap. And when you get down to it, it's these very brainwashed sciolists parroting the BS they're told on the 'news' without doing a little critical thinking that are why Israel gets away with what it does, and other evils in this world are successfully perpetrated. It ain't a matter of opinion folks what's gone on or what's going on. Open your eyes, think for yourselves, and be willing to be wrong. There is so much utter nonsense spouted in this thread and others about so many things. And yea... for the ignorant or naive: Japan was working to surrender before the A-Bombs were dropped. That those bombs 'needed to be dropped' in order to save lives is one of a great many lies and myths commonly believed about WW2. It was pure evil intent behind the dropping of those bombs. Only the naive or fools who listen to the priests of the World is Flat Cult believe otherwise.

As always greed? Its a best-selling book, if he wins he can collect a pay check... That or those alleged remarks closed doors for him, which he needs to be open. As I understand it, he filed the lawsuit while Kyle was still alive; death doesn't stop a lawsuit, it just means a loss would effect the estate. And he won http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/checkpoint/wp/2014/07/30/jesse-ventura-vs-chris-kyle-a-case-where-no-one-won/ Edit - Question for the more legal minded among us. Can he refuse to collect the settlement or give it back or do something so that the estate keeps it? He can choose to do with the settlement money whatever he wishes, just like any other sum of money he might have. It's very unlikely he would not collect, as he has bills to pay.

You've already made clear again and again your willful ignorance of just about every issue out there Bruce. You might enjoy hunting for sandworms head first, but not everyone does. If ever your voracious appetite for annelids subsides and you wish instead to learn something of import about the subject at hand or anything else, this video and others are there to be watched. There's also a plethora of history books out there. But actually learning things of substance, takes some time. An hour is too much I guess for you, and that's not even a lot. And there is only one truth, it's called reality.

If you look at that list of nations, the abstains pretty much represent those thoroughly under the UK/EU/US banking cartel's thumb, the 'yes' votes pretty much represent those nations who would be free of that oppression if they could, and then you have the U.S..... what a disgusting disgrace that vote.

I used to do that. Until I woke up one morning with a number of bites, that turned out to be highly poisonous that could have killed me. Now I kill most of them on sight. Squashing works quite well though, a flamethrower is a bit excessive.

Good chance we'll never know for certain. It was possibly just random house chosen, but more likely someone specific Israel wanted dead was believed to be in that house. Either way, evil at work.

Wise men don't speak to things when they don't know what they are talking about. They listen and seek to learn. A prerequisite to being wise is knowing your intellectual and knowledge limits, yet not assuming others share your limits.
