Hmm, I just went and looked at my wifes chicken and rice soup recipe (which was conveniently magneted to the side of the fridge), and it just says 1 lb of chicken. But I know for a fact she doesnt boil it. More than one way to cook a chicken.

I guess Ive just never started with boiling raw chicken. Iirc, my wife makes baked or rotisserie chicken and then it goes in the soup. Not saying the "everyone in the pool" method in the video is wrong, I just couldnt remember ever boiling raw chicken.

The pandemic has been beneficial for me due to my mostly working from home. And what with a terrifying new COVID variant around every corner, Im hoping to never go back to the office full time. I wonder what will happen when we run out of letters of the alphabet? Maybe just switch to numbering the variants and that way we can keep going to infinity.
