If the starforge was still operational or present, the republic would have been crushed 5 years ago. The Rakata or some other race probably destroy it because the republic wouldn't be able to survive the onslaught especially after they lose a great deal of their fleet in trying to destroy the starforge. Hence, it probably wont be there even if you chosoe DS.

w/e, i really dont care too much about the price ever since I saved up. I have $4500 CDN and I already bought a new computer (I built it at home because paying people to do it ) . I doubt $80 CDN is going to affect my financial position greatly. Its not that I cant afford an XBOX its just that its garbage, PC is much much better.

Some of the best games I've ever played : Star Wars KotOR Homeworld, Homeworld 2 Deus Ex, Deus Ex 2 Invisible War NOLF. NOLF 2 FF VII StarCraft MGS, MGS 2 Substance HALO, HALO 2 (Looks nice) I would say, the best 2 on this list would be DX and HW. Those 2 games should be given legendary status. However, I dont deny KotOR cannot compare, I just dont think it was as good as those two IMO.

Well I dont know, if Onderon was bombed by the Sith, im pretty sure they would do a thorough job of it after you see what happens to Taris. Its more likely that the fighting has spread everywhere and the cities are in ruins. Although, I cant explain why the floor looks normal, maybe its an old screenie and they havent retextured or something.

Well I dunno, I wouldn't say PS sucks since its got MGS and MGS 2 and MGS 3 (which hasnt come out yet but will be a killer game) not to mention other good games but those are my favs.

unless its the fact that when the name was leaked it was at the begining of the development process and they didn't want to give away any secrets that could be used later in the game (also its possible that they weren't sure what her role was going to be until recently). Not that I'm saying the developers are liars but if you recall, they didnt want to mention anything about the WHC. Infact, when the name Atris popped up in one of the posts, it was shortly deleted to prevent people from reading it. Why would Chris Avellone want to tell us about Atris (if that indeed is her real name) if Obsidian in the first place didn't want us to know about her? Ofcourse Chris Avellone might be telling is the truth but why would a developer openly give away knowledge of Atris when the development team did everything possible to prevent news about her from getting out. It just seems a little.... odd
