exactly, in the Star wars dictionary Bastila is an overconfident arrogant jedi until you beat her in a lightsaber duel. I really enjoyed that line where she says "I am no match for you"... No kidding Bastila, you never were. I was tempted to kill her but I just broke her heart. "Will there be a place for me in your future?" Nope, why would there be? Idiot... I also enjoyed insulting/annoying her. In once conversation, I reacll saying : "Your face is scrunched up like a Kinrath pup" and then she says "I am a jedi... (bla bla bla) ...my thoughts remain hidden regardless of whatever I feel for you... (bla bla bla)...". Well, I'll give her some credit. She was the only character I enjoyed tormenting. Carth was pretty annoying too though. Its a pity you didn't get to kill him unless you played as a DS Female. Couldn't you send him to his death on one mission? How about take a shuttle down to a planet crawling with Sith and battle them (Korriban). Ofcourse, he would have to do this alone...

If you ask me, just change the scripts and the captions but just leave all the sound files. That way if the non-English speaking European users want to play the game, they can but LA saves a lot of time and money.

I always play as a LS Male or sometimes a LS Female eventhough my name is Darth Ni... (Kind of Sithy huh?) I was planning on replaying KotOR but everytime I install it, I get too bored of it to finish it. I've already played it 6 times and I've completed ALL the quests.

KotOR should be like the FF series except for it should be in english and the storyline SHOULD have continuity. One more thing, no scantily clad females running around.

Still, she is a cool jedi nonetheless I know but I was looking for an ingame shot. Thx anyways. Thanks for blacking it out. I don't want to play the game and know whats happening because it would be a waste of time. Spoilers = bad for someone who has never played the game.

Man, you people are slow with the information. KotOR III is already on the shelves and its beating KotOR II in sales. Do you people ever pay attention to the news? Sheesh.... Its good KotOR III came out for the PC first, I'm already on the 4th planet.

Come on, I'm not THAT new. I've been on this forum long enough (4 months) and I've heard of Nur's views on Revan. "The pathetic bioware creature" and "couldn't survive the attack on his ship" and "Exar Kun is the greatest, it took 20000 jedi to defeat him and they barely won". I've heard it all... Boy I'm sure he will enjoy Revan's return. I'm sure he is in awe of his remarkable power and strength of will.

Can someone please post a picture of what Atris looks like in game? Even a scanned picture from the Prima strategy guide is ok. If anyone can do this, I will be eternally greatful. (For all us poor PC users) Please? Thanks in advance.

Well they have character bios for: Visas Marr, Kreia, Sion, Mira, Handmaiden, Atton, Mandalore, T3-M4, HK-47, Disciple and Bao-Dur The have locale descriptions for: Ebon Hawk, Peragus, Dxun and Onderon, Nar Shaddaa, Dantooine, Telos, Korriban but no Malachor V They have 4 weapon descriptions and some force power and feat descriptions. They dont have a very complete list .

I can understand if they delay it by 1-2 months but, they should improve upon the XBOX version such as giving more npc sidequest options, fixing the bugs, adding new crystals etc.

I'm sure KotOR III (if it comes out) will be a great success considering the new developer (if they dont choose bioware or obsidian) will have 2 great games to work with and can fix the mistakes from both games to make an amazing sequel. Shouldn't this be in General Discussion btw?

For KotOR III, they damn better release the PC and Console versions simaltaneously.

No I'm just saying that we can witness things much faster than 60 FPS its just that our brain filters it out. For example, we have an excellent sense of hearing but the majority of sounds get blocked out. For example, if you were at a party, you could hear everyone within 100 meters breathing, you could hear their heart beats, you could hear all their conversations. You can pretty well imagine that we would go insane after hearing this because its simply too much for us to process. Similarily (this is all theoretical), its possible that we can see over 200FPS but it would cause a tremendous strain on the eyes if we viewed every single one of those frames. I was merely saying that you're incorrect if you think that 60 FPS is the same as 90 FPS or 120FPS for the human eye. Btw, that 200FPS is quite a conservative estimate and its also due to the limited ability of computer hardware, the more advanced technology becomes, the higher FPS we will be view. I don't know how exactly this is true because I'm not a neuroscientist but that's what they (doctors, scientists, g.c. manufacturers etc.) say. Definetly, I was wrong and I admit that.

Sure, they'll update the main site in a few years... We wont have to wait too long. The thing is that shortly after the first version of the game is released and a few reviews have been posted, they stop updating. The PC version will have one news update but that will probably be it.

Well yes, you do have a point there since Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy both used the Quake III engine but it was heavily modded. Its possible and it seems like a better solution to developing a new engine. In order to develop a good BRAND NEW engine, it would take $$$ and time...

Yea, they laid off 31 employess and some were part of the pre-production KotOR III team. That doesn't mean they all got fired Maria... They may still have people working on it but it doesn't have the same priority as LA's other projects. Maybe if KotOR II makes enough money, they might divert more resources towards its production.

I hear many people are disappointed with the lack of character sidequests. I think they need to explore that a bit more. I dont know anything about the ending so I cant offer comment there but once again, not too many people like the ending either...

TNN was much better than Spike TV. I dont know what was going on in Spike Lee's head...
