I'm sorry, I really am, but that's how I feel. I don't care about helping Zhevron with where to place his soldiers(well I could tell him where, but there is no option). Neither about murdering Visas(or having to watch her cutscene with Nihilus, because it's now unskippable). Nor about choosing my own adventure after Malachor. Now if the forced companion recruitment was changed, as well as adding more neutral choices to saint/complete monster cases, it would be good. -

Except you don't identify with the Chaotic Neutral half orc that beats farmers with their own hoe, You just think it's funny. Identification means you understand, but not necessarily accept their personality as good. That is why villains with Freudian(or better ones) Excuses are common. Because otherwise they are just a brick, like shepard, to shoot at. -

One can identify themselves with any well written character, doesn't mean they see themselves as that character. If that was the case, then a lot of people playing RPGs need a psychologist. Never know when the next nerd will go on a rampage, right? -

No way, that was one of the things I skipped immediately. It didn't add anything, to the plot or the character. Same. Plus with the overall arrangement with this animation, ugh, it's just horrible. (Not to mention the particulary white-trashy warden in the video) I didn't even notice the warden. The title was enough! @Loranc FF3 was way back. Considering what modern technology and VO can do, I wouldn't call Leliana's song Opera level. And I have no problem if you like the song itself, none has the exact same tastes in music, it was a waste from a game and plot perspective though. -

I would disagree - I think it added alot to the lore and background of the character, especially and including the discussions leading up to its eventual happening. What lore? It's just a song. We knew Leliana was a bard, and not one of the funny ones either. She is not a key character either. All we learned is that she had "angelic voice ooohhhh" while dealing with her victims. -

Also This! Well, to be fair, Obsidian does have a reputation. We'll see if that holds. And I'll say that in KotOR 2 as well, I don't see much betterment with the TSLRCM. And I thought you would be quoting my argument -

Cut content from Obsidian games usually is result of Executive Meddling. LucasArts didn't even allow them to patch it in later for KotoR 2. And from what I see of the mod team that "restores" content for FNV, nothing interesting was cut from that. Also This! -
That's it pretty much. I backed this project because I trust them to make a good game, not an IE clone. This pic is what got my attention, not the spiritual clone of X game(Though PST certainly had a plot to try and take examples from). There are games in the pic, outside of the IE ones, older or newer ones, which had great in many aspects.

At least dlux didn't go off at the first sign this wasn't a carbon copy of the IE games. And I'll tell you that I really thought about removing my pledge, when I read that level scaling - what ever the scale of it- would be included. but implementation is more important than inclusion. So I trusted Josh's, or whoever would work on it, decision on this. And there are middle points, but sometimes you have to try just that new thing, in order to see if it actually works.

Though I don't think it was the right choice, I do respect dlux's decision. So I would suggest to leave it at that. And it's not that serious, he'll get over it. I did have an "evil" plan, so to speak, in order to keep dlux's membership on, until the game comes out. It's not like 500x$8 can't spare that.
