There is no way there will be a new Obsidian KS before Christmas or even shortly after Christmas.
1. Fans will have less money to spare due to the holidays.
2. Obsidian staff will be taking holidays. Successful Kickstarters are hard work and they take a lot of time and resources during the month they are active.
2. I'd assume they would want to have more information released about the production of Pillars of Enternity before they go to fans to ask for more money.
If they are indeed going to launch another Kickstarter I wouldn't expect it to be launched until very late winter or early spring.
I've been having the same problem since last night. I'll try again later. I'm using the latest version of Firefox.

Josh, Hector, Michael, et al -- fantastic work. The thought of this engine combined with elements from Darklands and the Infinity Engine games....too much for my cynical, jaded mind to handle. I think my cranium is cracking...
Those Darklands-style C&C text selection screens are making my spine all tingly. I hope to whatever gods may or may not exist that narrative mechanic is in the final game.
Loved the simple look of the NWN 1 UI. I don't like bloated, graphics laden UIs like those in older RPGs. They just need to be easy to use with as few clicks as possible.
Focus entirely on usability and easy access to items & information.
Mod tools. More lore/background world information. I don't really want to know the specifics of the game story or plot nor the specifics of companions as I consider that spoiler material.
