the question is: what field of science are these 8 in? because if they have a phd in gender studies, they may as well had 8 hobos in the position... actually if that was the case, 8 hobos would be a massive improvement to quote a famous lawyer from my country and owner of the largest law firm here who tried his hand at politics for a bit "successful people do not become politicians unless they are bored... they have much better things to do with their time"

this reminds me of a similar joke 3 guys fall in a jungle and the cannibals capture them. they take them to the village that was next to an abandoned airport and they tell them "you will spend the night in the golden plane one at a time. if one of you resists the temptation to steal he can go free, if we find any gold pieces from the plane on you we will kill you" after the 1st night, they take the 1st guy and search him. after a thorough search, they find a few golden screws on him and kill him the next day the search the 2nd guy and they find that he was trying to sneak out with some golden cables so they kill him too the 3rd day, as much as they tried they could not find anything on the 3rd guy so they told him he can go free because he was honest. the guys asks "what did the other 2 steal?" the cannibals respond "some screws and some cables" and he says "ah, this why the engines didn't turn on"

i learned from a neighbor that the missing kitten was ran over by a car. pity, it was a very cuddly little furball.

i found a kitten a couple of weeks ago. not the cutest cat around but very playful and friendly, it just straight up came over to me and started rubbing on my leg... barely 3 months old by my guess. i never saw it go far from the house in these 2 weeks but i haven't seen it in the last 2 days since i fed it saturday night. i hope that someone took it home but the most likely scenario is that it died either by car or another animal
