(1) This world wants to drag us down, it does.
I thought there were Watchers in WOT. Hrmmm...well, I just looked it up and there is the Watcher of the Seals which is another title for the Amyrlin Seat. And the Watchers over the Waves who anticipate the return of Artur Hawkwing. But none of those really fits that quote (or any of the other quotes) at all. --- EDIT: This is the first thing I thought of when I heard the word Watcher. Of course, I doubt it's a Marvel Universe RPG.

Nothing in these phrases is related to anything Wheel of Time. There is no chance this is a Wheel of Time game.

Obsidian has a Kickstarter profile
As long as we get a voice that says "Updated my journal" or something similar I'll be happy.

Obsidian has a Kickstarter profile
I'm unemployed. Assuming it's a Kickstarter, I'm still gonna try and give them as much as I can. Even if it means selling my organs.

(2) I recognize your pain.
This quote seems similar in theme to a Wheel of Time quote: To be perfectly clear, I don't think this new game has *anything* to do with Wheel of Time, I'm just pointing out the similarities in theme based on the quote.

. X . X X . T X = ETERNITY?
How about 'identity'? Could be a Torment spiritual sequel.

Josh Sawyer being sneaky
Good call! I missed that. So Josh is unfair as well as sneaky.

Josh Sawyer being sneaky
This is supposedly a new "clue" posted by J.E. Sawyer (stolen from NeoGAF) Only thing that makes sense to me is it spells out "One Pro Here" if it's a snake cypher (not sure what that's really called but ouroboros is a snake so I'll go with it ). But by itself that doesn't really make sense anyway. Or does it? Or it has nothing to do with the new project and he's bragging about what a good fencer he is.

. X . X X . T X = ETERNITY?
Interesting. Most games release in the USA first though, which is on Tuesdays, while February 11th is a Monday. Could mean an all digital release if he/she is right and the code is a release date. Oh, and two games released in less than a month. SP: TSoT comes out on the 5th of March. Doesn't seem too likely. He was using that date as an example of how the code works. He doesn't think that's what the release date is actually going to be.

(4) What do the words mean?
Speaking of non-sequiturs... I'm glad the forums have sped up since yesterday. I'm sure they'll start slowing down again soon enough though.

It's not a joke. It's sadism.

(4) What do the words mean?
This is a cruel thing to say.

(3) The book unread is unwritten.
Hmmmm...that's a good guess. I think Eternity would be a good title at least.

Sweet! More clues! ^_^

(4) What do the words mean?
I've been going over the text and if it's a Wheel of Time game (based on the Ouroboros logo), they're using terms that are not in any of the books. And, in fact, they're not using the proper word etymology of that world either. The WoT 'alphabet' doesn't include characters like

That doesn't mean Josh couldn't do his own Kickstarter without Chris. So, you are confirming that Obsidian will be doing another Fallout at least 3 years from now?
