  4. I just felt like posting some stuff that's going on in my head. So this is really just for me. You can dig it like a spigot if you like however. It's groovy like a drive-in movie, baby.
  5. That makes me dearly hope there are encounters where perception and resolve are entirely useless and the only way to plow through it is put your fist in it. Talk is cheap. Whiskey costs money.
  6. What about a rock? Can I fall in love with a rock? Because than I could be Romancing the Stone!
  7. Sir Stabalot. Lord Hackenchop, things of that nature. In FPS' I prefer titles like 'Bill from Accounting', 'Dave from Shipping'. Edit: OP get off your high horse. Appropriate is whatever the player deems it to be. Just because you don't like it doesn't make it wrong, much less stupid. It just makes you the non-fun person with a large stick inserted firmly up their rectum.
  8. Checked the backer portal just now and it showed my key, which I redeemed successfully on GoG, but received no email to indicate that my copy was now redeemable. I don't know if that's just slow emails going out or indicative of a larger problem but I thought I'd bring it to Obsidian's attention, as this may potentially cause some confusion, not to mention anger as well. If I receive a notice later on I'll update when it arrived.
  9. I've always been a fan of Public Enemy so I've never believed the hype.
  10. The game has been delayed a year. I don't think it's untoward for any backer to ask to have their copy unlocked now. This is just another of many reasons why I'm now done with crowdfunding.
  11. The massive amount of sales Steam does is anti-consumerist? There's not much anti-consumerist about Steam beyond its terrible customer support. I'd say the indefensible difference in regional pricing is just about as anti-consumerist as it gets. GoG does that particular one so much better, by offering you a coupon worth whatever you pay in excess, that you can redeem on your next purchase. Just think about it, some people cannot pay as much for games as most of us can. Now steam could sell them the games for the same price as to everyone else, but in those countries games would be f
  12. Agreed. I don't see why we can't DL it separately and just keep in on a USB key or disc or the like if it's DRM free anyway. That's one of the reasons I backed it on KS.
  13. I was going to ask what Bloodborne is. It's a console game? Who cares?
  14. GoG because I don't like the Valve's anti-consumerist policies.
  15. Australians are weirdos who say things like bonza and oath. And do be that guy! Be him! In fact, be, all that you can be, when you do it, in the Army.
