You can play Nod in the skirmish. On the setup screen click on the little arrow next to GDI. Nod will look blacked out but if you click on it and then press "N" it will switch you over to Nod.

AMD's Turion processors are compatible with a standard socket 754 motherboard. Why did you want to know? EDIT: After some checking it appears that Turion processors will fit in any standard 754 board, but won't necessarily work in every board. Also looks like you might need a new heat sink. The Turion doesn't have an integrated heat spreader so it's a little shorter than the 64's.

Exactly. From what I gather this isn't going after people who actually have a graphics card. It's more to compete with the Intel integrated lines for the low end systems.

It's a really short demo. Only a single mission and a single small skirmish map. I do like the new sidebar though. The ability to produce units from anywhere on the map from any of your production buildings. Each building has it's own production queue on the sidebar. As long as you can remember which building was assigned which number I can see it being very useful. Clicking on the building itself will automatically switch to it's on queue.

What do I win for this? You win the satisfaction of having found a mistake made by someone who hadn't slept in over 24 hours.

Being bored does cause one to do odd things. Lack of sleep may be a cause too. It is three in the morn right now and I have not yet gone to sleep.

Why would one do what they do not like to do? To prove that he can do it? Or maybe deep down one does like the game and just will not cede to that fact.

I'm not sure what to think of the Rivet trade right now. They have an extra first round pick but it's going to be a late one considering where San Jose is in the standings. I don't know much about the defenceman that we got other than he's young and he was on the Canadian World Juniors team a couple years ago. I think it will really depend on what Montreal does with the pick. Ideally I'd like to see them take that pick and use it as part of a deal for another player. Maybe see if they can get Bertuzzi from Florida for some depth at centre.
