The way they integrated mexican day of the dead stuff with the whole noir 1930s aesthetics was what impressed me most. It was also one of the first games where I really felt attached to the characters.
It's still the best adventure game I've ever played.
The only problem it had was the interface.

It really sucks, but it's Final Fantasy, so it isn't a big surprise. It's really just one big FF cutscene.
Tifa's fight scene was fun, on account of the music.

To think of the time I wasted here almost without posting. And the time I wasted at Black Isle's and Bioware's forums without posting. It was kind of cool (and stalky) to know a lot of people here without them knowing me.
