  1. It's long gone I think I still have that stupid keyboard, though. Seriously, who needs a sleep button on their keyboard?
  2. Oh, I fixed it all right, it was my keyboard back when I had a Pentium 133MHz.
  3. Yeah? Try having a sleep key on your keyboard. How about them apples?
  4. Me? I don't really care, I just like to argue.
  5. What if I want to play hardcore but still have quicksave? What then?
  6. OMG you're right: I guess the designers had a drinking contest on who could design the stupidest looking night vision goggles ever.
  7. I have an ingenious plan for you(this is strictly in addition to seeking professional help), remove the F5 and F9 keys on your keyboard and put them in a drawer. No more impulsive craziness! EDIT: I'm on a roll today, second ingenious idea: go to control setting and remove the keybindings for quicksave and quickload. Voila!
  8. But you can have quicksave and not use it. You can't all be crazy people with no self control, right?
  9. Of course, but it's funny because the original was pretty stupid already. Let's not try to justify a video game design decision, three goggle-thingies was more than enough.
  10. And that's where your analogy falls apart. I just hate replaying long-ish parts of a game for no good reason, if I fail I want to do that thing again, not the 15 minutes before it. You have your compulsive weapon reloaders, I'm a compulsive quicksaver.
  11. It's always a bad idea. Since early 2000s games have lost two very important things: a soul and quicksave.
  12. I'm fine with a hardcore mode that has quicksave. Limiting saves is another unnecessary artificial way to make the game harder by adding unnecessary frustration. If you want to be super hardcore, limit yourself to only autosaves, no need to make everyone else suffer. Also, wouldn't having the option to quicksave there, but not using it be even more hardcore? It's like you're battling yourself as well.
  13. Maybe the Apple gestapo isn't that unique after all? Kotick Youth?
  14. Something about it being a videogame?
  15. Some new awesome gameplay.
  16. That's pretty sad, but whatever. Maybe they could also add bad controls to make the game harder? I hear it's all the rage these days.
  17. I'm very happy to use the save-load exploit. If you don't want to use it, don't. If you need something that restrains you from that, seek help.
  18. Quicksave is all I need. Maybe mix in some autosave for good measure.
  19. Old man fight!
  20. Obviously they can't let Sam Fisher be better than them.
  21. Shh! Sony already had the MGS4 ending(s) removed from youtube a few times...
  22. You write so much, but it's all different and disconnected ideas. Try to focus on one point per paragraph and let's see where we get from there?
  23. Much better box art, some people might actually buy it from the shelf now... Courtesy of NeoGAF:
