More seriously though, who would be using the island? Would the US be managing the camps on the islands (as Australia does Nauru) or would Belize or Honduras be using their own islands? So, if the countries say no, then that option is out unless you want to militarily force them or something. Australia was only able to do the camps on Nauru because that tiny island country is heavily dependent on Australia. I'm sure you and US politicians would like to think of Mexico and the Central American countries as vassal states, but we don't have anywhere near the kind of leverage Australia has over Nauru. That's a great way to put it. I hadn't really noticed the gambler's streak in him before. But he basically is gambling with populism for political influence. I don't think Trump wants to destroy America or make it ethno-centric. I just think he isn't in politics to serve others, he is there to continue is high-risk game of trying to win ever bigger. I know most people on this forum dont watch CNN and there are times where I dont agree with there general views like now where they are really supporting the caravan. But channels like CNN have been a constant target of Trump so yes CNN presenters and most guests are all very anti-Trump, they will generally have one Trump supporter in every debate so they do try to be inclusive of Trump supporters However most shows, there are different shows during the day, have some of the best TV presenters I have ever seen. True dat. The interweb tells me that we accept ~20000 asylum seekers per year. The migrant convey is estimated anywhere between 7-14k. Its November already so most of the initial 20k are probably used up. If I were one of them I would pick up the pace and try to get to the head of the line. As far as I can tell (I read to the second paragraph) US asylum seekers need to meet one of three basic criteria. Living in a s**thole doesn't seem to make the cut. I have played all the Risen games and I loved them, the underlying RPG mechanics are similar to Gothic but not as harsh Piranha Bytes designs games with that sandbox world but where you are always presented with different factions that ultimatley you need to join and align with one So yes I recommend Risen
