You right about the important of your stomach working properly. And one of simple but effective things to help with this is a diet of bran. I generally have All-Bran Flakes for breakfast, with yoghurt ( also excellent for your gut) and a banana 4-5 days out of the week and I reserve the weekend for cooked breakfasts or more unhealthy breakfasts I wouldnt be too worried about trying to exercise if things are painful, dont do things that are painful because that is your body telling you that you are not healed Focus on what doesnt hurt and build your body strength like that. Rowing is excellent therapy and will strengthen your back and legs but you must continue to walk even if you find it boring or unsettling because its a cardio exercise that makes and keeps you fit and wont put much strain on your body as opposed to jogging which is really good training but you can unintentionally hurt yourself with problems like torn muscles or knee problems from long distance running So whatever you decide to do please dont stop walking as its an effective form of cardio and will help you with your recovery 🚶‍♂️

I was thinking about our discussion and you raised some interesting points. I agree its a social-cultural norm for people who speak English, to generally say " how are you ", as their native language and not about the language and thats what makes it interesting. It raises a different debate and that is what you touched on which is " what else defies language in the way we speak English" and you can normally see this when you study the difference between how native English and non-English people communicate like in this example An example that comes immediately to my mind is the appalling usage of slang and framing of certain words from native English speakers. I really try not to use slang or certain colloquialisms unless its on the Internet where I am forced to and where due to time restraints its easier to say something like " Western\Capitalist " to describe something that gets used as an ideological statement or the word "woke " to loosely describe some of the debates around BLM and similar discussions. But people on the Internet immediately understand what you mean when you use these words which is why I use them But my question is how would you classify slang in this debate and what is your personal view on it when it comes to native English speakers. I thinks it erodes and undermines the way we should communicate and its lazy and shouldn't be encouraged

Do you get paid overtime for this, most overtime work I use to do in JHB on projects or SLA I never use to get paid overtime but I could take time off which was beneficial and advantageous

Well done for eating healthily or at least trying to Keep it up Its always a good idea to alternate your meals between meat and fish and you normally have to accept the smells that permeate your home. I have always had extractor fans above my stoves, they not that expensive and they help neutralize various cooking smells But for me I love the aromas of meat and food generally because even with an extractor fan their is generally a smell which lasts a bit and thats okay.....dont use that to stop cooking healthy food

Raithe, you know how the ancient laws and codes works of all things fantasy . If you claim to be a fan of fantasy RPG then you always support everything and anything to do with AD&D and D&D We all know this, its like saying " I like fantasy books " but you havent read Lord of Rings. ( which I wasnt crazy about but I did read it and the Hobbit....I found these books to be a little boring in their style of English which I realize is old nowadays. I love George R R Martin and Steven Erikson style of fantasy )

It is interesting and funny how our cultures have slightly different ways of responding to certain comments And the whole " how are you " can really be interpreted in different ways based on your EU country I remember when I use to play Ultima Online and I use to greet people in- game. I once was chatting to Russian players,I think they were Russian or East Europeans, I met and I said " Hi.....how are you " and once or twice people responded with a " why do you want to know " Also sometimes things are misunderstood through translation but I glad its not just a SA cultural way of greeting

So in almost all breakfast restaurants, like the Wimpy franchise, you find a bottle of Tomato sauce on the table.
