There's the side of relationships though.
You're immortal, the question is, how satisfied will you be on your own? Will you get close to other people only to watch them age and die? How many partners can you meet, fall in love with (potentially have kids with) watch them grow old and die, watch the kids grow old and die, watch the grandkids grow old and die... Will you have to step back from humanity in general?
Then there's how adaptable would you be? The new fangled technology , the cultural changes, the politics? Keeping track of your money. Faking new identities or will you just let the government realise you're immortal?
The question of the practicalities behind living in the modern age with immortality.... Sure the fun of compound interest, but ... How would you like to be immortal if that ends up with decades being dissected by un-ethical scientists trying to figure out why?
