  1. I would say that it is better idea than let one country decide who has right to have root name servers and what kind domains there can be. But I have my doubts that things will changes to any direction, as there is already Governmental advisory committee where there are representatives from most of world countries and observers from lots of international organizations. The root name servers are distributed around the world for redundancy. Queries very seldom ever reach them because of caching technology. The root name servers are a . record and have records of the top level domains but the records are replicated between the root name servers. So it doesnt matter who manages them as many countries take house them Servers don't matter as much as content. They will try to dictate what content should be allowed, which will lead to what happens in despotic Communism: snitching about things that never happened to get someone in trouble and middle manager overregulating because they don't want to get in trouble with the higher ups. Plus if you think that they won 't come up with an excuse to go after competing servers then your are very naive. After all most people don't have enough tech know how to understand or care about this. I can understand that concern but end of the day the actual data is not the concern of the DNS system, DNS simply routes your query to the " www" or " "ftp " which is the actual server that contains the data. The root name servers dont know about the domains lower than the top level So yes some governments do block some internet sites but the ownership of the root name servers is important but it cant be used to block access to lower sites as this would crash many queries and make overall browsing inconsistent But they cant use competing servers as then you would need another similar system to DNS, like every company uses its own private DNS, and another competing DNS would be pointless as who would want to register with it ? For one they can dictate content, otherwise good bye being on the mainstream portion of the internet. Secondly, you're not seeing this situation as a whole; is like saying that controlling the roads has no bearing on you driving your car (Tolls will prove you wrong). The fact is that this will put globalist interests and national interests at odds when they're not aligned, which gives whomever is lining the pockets of the EU control over the Internet. They can't dictate the content. It is technically impossible. One, you assume that the people behind this have a good understanding of the Internet. Two they will use their authority to put pressure on sites, or outright ban them due to certain issues.(EG: why 8chan doesn't show on google searches) They don't need to completely erase content as long as people continue to trust institutions which they control, they only need to direct them to said institutions. USA is currently leading country in war against internet content and they don't seem to be able to win pirates even though they drive through laws all around world that removes people rights when it comes to piracy. Their ability to dictate internet domains has not helped them much in this fight. And it will not help any other instance who dictates what domains there are. 8chan don't show in google searches because they block googles indexing robots. Please, it is well know that Google has blacklisted 8chan. Which means that any content within their domain will not show on searches. It is akin to a company having a monopoly over all retailers and if you don't do what they say your product wont be sold on their stores. BTW the UN and the US government are two different animals with different levels of oversight.
  2. Do you know I still havent played Skyrim yet ....I am busy with the expansions of w3 but once done I'll play Far Cry 4 and then move on Skyrim, I have the GOTY edition You might as well skp FarCry 4, unless you want to choose between Indonesian alt right extremist or Indonesian Anita Sarkeessian. Pagan Min is best ending. I am not a very critical person when it comes to gaming, I enjoyed Far Cry 3....so hopefully 4 is similar? I like doing the side quests like hunting It doesn't have the story of FC3, other than that is practically the same game with some thing that have been polished. I still found the progress to be a bit stale, probably because the perks weren't all that useful. But the worst is that they tried to orchestrate events that happened in FC3 naturally (EG: animals raiding enemy compounds.) All in all, it is a bad sequel that failed to realize what their predecessor did well and has no new ideas or content to bring to the table.

  7. That sound very close to being heresy.
  8. Out of curiosity, which mission was it?
  9. I tried Call of Pripyat with mods; why is it that every mod developed for this game is an insufferable "realistic" mod where enemies are exempt from the same standard that you're subjected to? Anyways, I've still to find a mod for this game that I like.
  10. Dear God, how I hate liberals.
  11. I was in the same scenario and was laughed at, scorned and had my masculinity ridiculed. Mrs Nonek can be a cruel woman, at least my dog loves me. Just remember to get out the relationship before wifebeating becomes an attractive prospect, or just PM the word "rabid" and I will tell you how to dispose of the corpse

Consider that this along with the TTP gives judicial rights to corporations to use governments in securing their interests. If you thought the war on drugs was bad just wait until they start the war on piracy and turn nonviolent offender into criminals.
  13. For everyone out of the loop, the Obama administration is handing over the internet to the UN which means that freedom of speech and all those great American freedoms no longer apply. https://www.cruz.senate.gov/internetcountdownclock/ Personally I think that it will be a riot trying to watch Saudi Arabia trying to ban all the gay porn from the Internet.
  14. This might be hard to grasp, but some people actually enjoyed AP.
  15. You mean the one that they give you terrible directions to and you have to wander aimlessly for hours?
  16. Is that a bad thing tho? If there's something Witcher 3 direly needs, it's a tad more editing. I'd kill for the game to be about half its current size with filler content being cut out and more effort being put into the game world - including such revolutionary features as proper signposts! Text without emoticons is so 1980s. Get on with times, old man. You can always go back to Morrowind or any of the TES games that let you toggle into FPV where a sign would actually be something helpful as it s easier to notice. But that would mean that the entire level design needed a change in direction as it really isn't all that exciting in first view. That said, Skellige could have been entirely cut out and they could have just focused on polishing.
  17. Enemies have infinite energy in DE, minus points for that.
  18. Well if you're blue and you don't know where to go to why don't you go were fashion sits? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1FLZPFI3jc
  19. I love the bank, best fun I've had with games in a while and I like how the games forces me to make clever choices like calling the elevator to the second floor to use to get to the third. BTW the new augs are awesome, remote hacking, dash and the micro assembly are definitively worth their praxis. Just kept dropping my main weapons to make space for the ones that I would dissemble and then use the parts to upgrade them, now I have my 10mm and combat rifle completely upgraded and 1000+ parts remaining. Edit:BTW if you get remote hacking get the sentries, cameras and laser upgrade. It really makes stealth easier. The remote hacking aug seems to only give me the option to turn off cars and open window blinders so far. Free exp. Seriously though, it is a more viable alternative to the cloak aug. Plus there are some areas that are more easily accessible by shutting down fans with the remote hacking. Particularly the vaults inside the parking lot of the bank....and other. There are in fact a lot of areas that make it seem that the remote hacking was indispensable...which is why i'm starting to hate it, it is making things too easy.

  21. Jensen's the same as he was in HR. Though he does move his head a lot when he's talking. I feel as if I crossed into a parallel universe where people didn't like HR. Edit: @Gorgon You can, you just press v and open the aug wheel then assign each aug to whatever key you want. I mean part of the tutorial was assigning smart vision to MMB. You did do the tutorial, didn't you? Good ear, Brad Fiedel was one of the inspirations for the soundtrack http://www.sumthing.com/blog/interview-with-composer-michael-mccann-deus-ex-human-revolution/
  22. The only wrong thing is the literal rape of the full priced game with ridiculous microtransactions. Gameplay might be awesome, but some people should stay by their principles and not pay even for awesome game filled with microtransaction full price. Else it will never go away. People fought against multiplayer pass and it has gone. It can be done, but people need to learn to have some patience. I don't know because I got the season pass, but so far the only content that I've seens are different outfits a few guns reskins and the only thing that is new content is the Jensen stories which are separate modules from the main story meant to be played after you finish it. I'm really not getting why people are whining about microtransactions, do you mind explaining? Game gets mixed reviews with both the public and the critics for various reasons. I think the game reminds me a lot of the original DX, more so than HR which had a lot of gunplay compared to this one.
  23. You're contradicting what, exactly? I already asked for more robust, modular AI in the post you quoted. I'm sorry that you think that every quote is a contradiction. I was trying to add to your post not debate it, and we would have avoided this awkwardness if only you could have considered that not everyone is an ass.
  24. Ditto on this, felt more original than American Ultra which had played out ideas and fumbled on the presentation. The whole film could had been better had we not been explained what was going on.
