It does seem like you're right, but then again your earlier post makes me wonder about builds and the benefits of specialization over diversifying. It seems like the game favors diversity.

Which boss fight are you talking about here? Also, I'm thinking of trying an all (or mostly) summoner team, given how powerful those summons can be. Unless you can't really do it the way like it's done in PoE. Scoundrel also has two actually, one that works similar to battering ram I believe, and one that is like huntsman's tactical retreat. Summoning also has two, but one is too short for outside battle and one costs too much AP to be used in battle. The old lady from the ship, you fight her on the island.

Difficulty is really all over the place. I tried the same fight in Explorer and then in Classical; in explorer it was done in two hits (literally) whilst in Classical it took over one turn. That is one hell of a scale difference. Is it too much to have a medium setting that isn't too condescending but won't put you through hell just to take down one enemy.

It has become very obvious that enemies seem to enjoy the benefit of both being well positioned and having great mobility, whilst you have to waste an entire turn just trying to reach them. I don't know why this is thought to be a good idea or what the Codex thinks strategy is, although i'm thinking that is min maxing to the extreme and using a lot of resources on an encounter. Which is fine and dandy except that its a regular enemy with very few rewards, the balance of the game is certainly off.

Finished Ruiner, fun enough once you get the gist of how it plays. The story and the world could have used some fleshing out and the controls needed some smoothing; all in all I would say that its worth to pick it up once its on a sale discount.

What gets me the closest to both Salma Hayek and Jennifer Connelly? Antonio Banderas maybe? What's he doing these days? Jared Leto.

I'm hoping that they go the time travel route and you end up with a SR flavored version of Bill and Ted, it seems that's what they were setting up. I like Sleeping Dogs, the combat was good, the story had some good points (decreases significantly once you become a Red Pole). I think the game did suffer from being rush or at least it feels that way, either that or the whole thing feels very superficial for the most part.

These forums should implement a polite dislike button so that I can rightly express my dissatisfaction with this post. But; you do you, man and if you don't like it then it ain't worth it.

But then again societies tend to be very hypocritical about their values; bread and circuses and all that. Well it is funny of sorts but all organizations want to avoid overt discord. I am aware of the why, is the how that bothers me. Rallies, no matter where they're held are indicative of the divide between workers and management. You'd think they wouldn't want to announce or make a big deal of it, this all reeks of preemptive apologizing. Which as any organization that has dealt with SJW culture will tell you, is pointless.

At the minimum you must not have spoken with any actual combat veterans, or read many soldiers' memoirs, or seen many war movies. Unlike other professions where trust in the person beside you and the ability to act cohesively and harmoniously are big pluses, in the military profession they become functional requirements for _survival_. I also know that they don't become emotionally invested in someone that might not be alive next week. Psychopathy is a big thing among troops; part of the job even, you have to be able to clear a room and step over the corpses without lingering. Also, where the **** do you get off quoting war movies as a reliable source?

It reset him to my main character level wiping all his inventory and resetting all his skills, then after I respec him it completely wiped out all his skills and only left like 3 random ones. So know I have an useless LV 35 Barik and am missing 2 artifacts. This is just the last drop on a cup that has been steadily filling, I might have to go way back to an earlier save and see if that fixes it but unless support comes out for this game I'm losing some faith in Obsidian. Between this and the ridiculous portrait pack I'm thinking that they're trying to ruin this game.

Ok, DLC broke Barik and I had already had a game breaking bug and restarted but now I just say **** this buggy piece of ****. Tyranny was fine but now I'm having second thoughts due to the DLC.

Still playing Ruiner; I've gotten better at it but there are still some balancing issues. I kept thinking that the song for Renkok South was giving me vibes of Susumu Hirasawa; specially the vocals, then I found out that he did the soundtrack. Afterwards I went and bought it, I love me some Hirasawa.

You just need to work on your game, subtly imply that you know about student debt and how to get rid of it. Trust me, I've seen enough you ladies that had older gentlemen "patrons" at my time in college. Still, once you get to the economics of it, hookers are cheaper.

There is definitely something to be said for increased performance when you're relaxed. I seem to recall a study on the extended effects of alcohol on mice brains (wish I could find it again) the conclusion was that there were no decrease in neurons or neural activity but it did affect the connections between them, making recall more difficult.

Why not just get an emulator, they're free and you have access to games that were Japan exclusive that have been fan translated.
