whoa whoa whoa, when is Dead Rising 2 coming out? because that will be a primary game for me next year.. then i was thinking about GT5 & God of War 3.. man this sucks.

i coulda swore i saw skin tone options or a darker mike(trust me, i looked very hard as it was one of the selling factors for me). but with that being said, it wasnt perfect. in other words, he wasnt dark enough, for my tastes atleast. I'd love to make him as dark as Yancy, but the split second glimpse that i got of a darker Mike Thorton, looked more like a mean sun tan. idk the name of the video but im pretty sure it was provided with the latest IGN preview.. oh & i agree with you OP, as well as the guy above who said something about AI. there is a lot of room for improvement, here's to perfection.

ahh.. the "best" i could hope for is they will secretly unleash new info on alpha protocol during TGS. like,"surprise! you thought we forgot about this game, huh?" it could happen, right?! but, at this point, im kinda hoping the game IS delayed. i have my eye on something that my $65 can go to. should be buying it around the time i expected AP to come out.

best preview ive read.. thanks. & i agree with whats said above about free roam. i was actually hoping this game didnt have it, BUT, atleast feel a bit like Hitman missions where you also have your innocent bystanders. ---i shall now finish my reading.

I can understand why you would make stuff to read on the go or wherever. The problem is the PDF format itself, it takes a ton of resources to run and doesn't really give much of an advantage compared to doc or even txt most of the time. They haven't managed to make a better pdf-like format in like ~8 years. yea i know what youre saying.. i actually didnt bother to read the article myself. its a hassle to try to on my laptop as it is. ehh.. i'll read it eventually for lack of any new info(or screenshots/videos) on this game.

my guess is to read on the go.. like a digital magazine? but then again.. it would make more sense making a digital mag(preview) for this game if it was a portable game. i used to make a lotta pdf files last year to read while on the train.

then 25hrs.. longer if you play stealthy.

@ 5. if you wanna see the worst this game has to offer (hopefully they changed EVERYTHING since this demo), watch this E3 2009 demo walkthrough. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nkTHtWbp0XA&1&fmt=18 i would not buy this game if it still looks like this. look at his running animation, well.. every animation. ugh.. wouldnt think a spy to run like that. anyways.. i recently saw this video this week. though, ive already set my mind (& my money) on getting this game, this video just taught me to lower my standards [VERY LOW] for this game. but seriously, ive seen better [older] videos for this game and i just dont understand why it looked like that at e3 2009.

I want a stable job.. though, i cant argue with being an off the books freelance engineer.

The only thing I can remember about that movie was the ultra-fake CGI helicopter in the end (that ruined the whole movie for me). hmm i dont remember a helicopter..lol. but after the movie ended, i realized that technically, its a short film, only extended by different perspectives. wasnt expecting so many perspectives.

so i'm watching Vantage Point right this moment.. if any of you have seen it, try to think of the assassin(aka-- Mr. "Where is my brother?") He reminds me so much of Michael Thorton & i love his choice of clothing. i have no complaints about the gear or clothing in Alpha Protocol, based on what ive seen so far.. & i decided i'll get this game after i saw a trailer (from IGN) that showed off his tactical gear. I LOVE that stuff! i could ask for nothing more. well.. now i could. any word on if there will be any backpacks in the game? i dont care if it has real backpack physics and bounces while you run.. id be happy(-ier) if it was in the game. that is all! :D.

that sounds pretty cool.. but i dont care since i have extremely bad luck and never won anything in my life. ... well except for videogames :D .. just not contests, etc.

just came back from gamestop.. first-- has anyone here preordered?.. i tried to but they said they dont have any bonus yet & they'll get them close to release. i refrained from preordering.

or...... potential DLC-- add online multiplayer/ co-op?.. someone. well it looked like a developer, on IGN forums said that there will be no multiplayer but something about the unreal engine having it in its coding.. im not savvy on the whole programming/developing stuff.. but is this true? id pay for that. whoa whoa whoa.. i didnt mean that.. i mean.. i wouldnt wanna pay for it. but itd be a nice treat.
