Damn I love this Orlan art. Is there an high res somewhere?
Really nice and detailed update. Seems like a unique class so far! -
When I read this update back when it came out I had more of a mixed feeling regarding it.
It all sounds cool and awesome but also like it's a toy to appeal the masses.
Is the stronghold forced on us? Since it's suppose to be a fun addition I'm mainly worried as how it's connected to the story and plot. Does it make sense in it?
Act 1 sounds so early. I'm not sure how our PC begins the game, but if s/he is a no one, getting a stronghold suddenly has a major effect on the story.

Well, I was neutral regarding crafting and its effect on durability, it didn't sound too bad, but it is sad to see durability completely gone in general.
Regarding wealth and economy, I can't understand why is it so hard to not shower the players with money.
In a low magic world, unique expensive items are rare anyway. In a high magic world, shops shouldn't be impressed when you sell them a +1 sword and pay you a lot for it.
What games usually break is:
- Insanely high rewards.
- Rewards that scale up to your level (yes this poor merchant can now give you more gold than he makes in a lifetime)
- High magic world that pays you endless money for your items.
- Broken mechanics like being able to steal back all the money you paid way too easily (just one example for a broken mechanic).
- Finding all the items you need along they way and not needing to buy anything (namely healing material like potions).
I'd like to play a game where money choices are important.

Just please make crafting balanced and reasonable.

I love those Orlans.

I'm starting to lean into playing an Orlan

Really like Polina's art. Though the other godlike pictures looks kitch and unexciting.

It's a good concept I remember from old pen and paper games.
The questions is if subdueing has a rule in the game or not. It would be a nice addition, but don't know if it should be high on prioreties

I think I'm gonna love those orlans. Great portrait!

Late 'good update' comment.

Love those updates.

Something along the lines of BG2 would be nice.
-
Really like the Fallout 1&2 method, where different armors respond differently to different type of damages.
Not sure how it would work in a fantasy setting though.
-
Like BG2 or PS:T would be nice. I like having the option to edit them like in BG2.

It always annoys me when there's XP to gain, but nothing is gained due to level cap.
Instead of capping, a better planning of the xp system is preferred.

1. Furries must be burned. Their uncleanness must be purged. No exeptions.
Go **** yourself. Thank you.

I wish there would be some kind of unique race like your first point, but I doubt it will happen.
-
Still is a silly way to decide how many levels it's going to have. The amount of backers needed for the next level should have slowly increased instead of staying constant.

Easily picked: The impact of race on how you were reacted to and treated in the game.
It was the first (and only) game I played where being an half orc, or not beautiful, actually impacted dialogue.
Lots of other great things about the game though

I do find it odd the constructions give bonuses though. Reminds me of how items give you sudden bonuses at Fallout 3.
