Keep in mind, you always have the option to ONLY play with a pistol, or even try to go the entire game unarmed. Depending on individual play style, there may be more or less fun to be had. I usually prefer a silenced sniper rifle/pistol combo for infiltration, then a shotgun for getting up close and personal when the crap hits the fan. Not sure if all weapons will be able to have silencers on them when the game comes out, but I thoroughly plan to play through at least once going the stealth route with just a silenced pistol and Mike's bare hands.

With all the recent news and possible true revelations regarding UFOs, Pendulum has released yet another awesome album In Silico. Most of the songs have a 'spacy' DNB feel to em, and the videos are interesting to boot.

Is this post-apocalyptic 'broken down' you're speaking of? If so, Recoil's 'Earth No More' is going to be along those lines, but with an interesting visual twist. GRAW and GRAW 2 take place in Mexico City and the surrounding area. I'm sure a bunch of others have as well, but the Rainbow Six series pulls off the office and street environments really nicely. There are a lot of things you can do with lighting and environmental design to make a normally dull-looking area really fun to explore. Please elaborate on what you're envisioning.
