According to the article above, 2K Games had "acquired publishing rights to both Dungeon Siege II: Broken World for the PC, and also Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony for the PSP."
When did 2K Games acquire the publishing rights for DSIII? I've never heard of it.
I found it here:
http://www.gaspowered.com/news_detail.php?...ry=pressrelease
note that it doesn't say 'exclusive' but the first paragraph seems to imply it is a long term deal.
Decided that I'm going barhopping with my sister and one of her friends next saturday in NYC. One of my friends might join as well.
Also: is it me or does guinness taste really good w/ a jalapeno burger?
What he said.
What they said. I'm trying really hard to think of some other games I'm looking forward to. Force Unleashed II? Meh... Fallout:NV... mebbe. Can't think of anything else, really. :/
Agreed.
edit: only concerning Deus Ex 3
I'm loving the "Cyber Renaissance" aesthetics some of the characters have in the trailer. Not really too worried on the combat, as Deus Ex's combat wasn't anything to write home about (IMO). But as long as they don't turn it into a console shooter like IW... I will be content.
Square's CG team really are amazing, props to them! Day one buy.
It's better with mods, a little but not much. Try stalker 2009 (I think that's the name).
Don't feel bad if you end losing interest
Anyway, finally got around to buying Mass Effect 2.
Be prepared to get bombarded with requests from 18 y/o's to get alcohol for them.
Can't wait until I transfer next fall (already have a bottle of grey ready ), though if I can afford it I'm going to rent out a 'pay by semester' apartment.
That's pretty much it.
How unrealistic would it be for a publisher to fund a low budget, semi-old skool (i.e. technical equivalent to what BG3, van buren would have been) RPG nowadays?
Man, that would be pretty ace.
