  1. Playing Underrail, which is in early access. So far it's quite absorbing. I think anyone who liked the first Fallout would enjoy it. I got stuck in one place but there's a walkthrough. I'm still not sure how far I'll be able to make it, it's somewhat unforgiving. Also stealth seems to be a requirement, I don't see how you'd do a certain level without it.
  2. Well, he said he's against capitalism, so again you refuse to take him at his word. And I meant any alternatives he could believe in, not all possible post-Fallout alternatives.
  3. Some interpreted his comments that way, and admittedly he's not careful about his language. But he meant some of the illegal aliens, not all Mexicans. And what's wrong with a fence when people keep breaking your laws? Europeans are building border fences just as quick as they can right now. Edit: Here's CNN caught editing what Trump said : http://www.breitbart.com/big-journalism/2015/11/21/cancel-the-debate-cnn-caught-selectively-editing-trumps-muslim-comments/
  4. http://www.forbes.com/sites/timworstall/2015/11/21/whatever-the-heck-bernie-sanders-is-talking-about-its-not-socialism/ The senile old man is confused, or more likely lying. He says he's against capitalism, so he has to be a Socialist, what else is there? Mutalism, Primitivism, Feudalism, Technocracy. I mean besides sci-fi and ancient past. Feudalism, really?

  6. That's a media set up if there ever was one. Trump never actually said he's in favor of a database for all Muslims, it's the media which keeps bringing the idea up. They're claiming he endorsed it when he was actually talking about his border security ideas, not the database. The NBC video makes it quite clear. WOD you seem to be blaming the media for the general view that Trump has offended many groups in the USA ? Unfortunately whether the media reports of his questionable comments are true or not its still going to cost him dearly in the election. Which is why you don't want him as the Republican presidential candidate No, I'm blaming the media for clearly setting him up in this specific case. They also reported that Carson called the refugees rabid dogs, when in the actual quote it's obvious he was referring to IS. But it's nothing new for the media to be an arm of the Democrat party. The rest of Republican candidates are useless corporate tools.

  8. No doubt you told them that the attack was carried out by violent right wing extremists.
  9. Richest country in the world, 20% of children in poverty, only just above Romania. [source] Bravo America. Nope. This statistic does not measure the number of children in poverty. It's a measure of how some households are even richer than others, thus raising the median: "relative poverty line, which UNICEF defines as living in a household that earns less than half of the national median" If your quarrel is with inequality itself, then make that argument. Stop making misleading claims about poverty to try and bolster your case. Exactly, there's a world of difference between Romanian poverty and American poverty. Besides, we can never wipe out poverty because we keep importing the poor, because according to some, and you know who you are, we just can't do without the cheap third world labor.
  10. Pretty disturbing, considering the Democrats have made it clear they no longer believe in rule of law.
  11. They were showing some interviews with Muslims in that quarter in Brussels that the government is afraid to go into, and they thought the Paris attack was great. I don't know what you do with a fifth column like that in your midst.
  12. Although only 7-8% of France's population are Muslims, up to 70% of prison population is Muslim : http://www.nybooks.com/blogs/nyrblog/2015/nov/16/paris-attacks-isis-strategy-chaos/ Turkey soccer fans boo a minute of silence for Paris victims, chant "Allahu Akbar" : http://blog.sfgate.com/soccer/2015/11/17/turkey-soccer-fans-boo-minute-of-silence-for-paris-attacks/ Yay, multiculturalism!
  13. By your logic if you ever fail to prosecute a crime for any reason you can never prosecute that crime again. But Petraeus was prosecuted for something very similar to what Hillary did. I don't know anything about Cheney's e-mails, did he send classified info through an unsecure server? Was that ever investigated? As far as what Tenet claims about his warnings, he wanted to launch a pre-emptive war! You can see how difficult that would be for a politician when the whole country has been lulled into complacency (which Trump warned against btw). It's not like airports didn't have security, it's just that the security turned out to be totally inadequate, and it still is to this day!
  14. Qistina, you have taken it upon yourself to educate us about Malaysian culture, and I appreciate it. As someone who has never been there and knows very few people from your country, that is invaluable. But much like you are telling us to not buy into the media portrayal of the US, I'd caution you to not buy into the portrayal of the US as Qu'ran burning zealots. I spent the day in my US classroom talking about Islam, the refugee crisis, and the conflict with ISIS. My students come from a variety of faiths, Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindu, Sikhs, and Atheists. As a Social Studies teacher, we have already spent the last unit learning about the life of Mohammad and the rise of Islam, and right now we are talking about West Africa. There was no persecuting or book burning, just an open discussion on the problems and a chance for the students to reflect on where this is all going. The Islam unit is also a part of our federal education standards. 47 out of 50 states cover the curriculum much like I do. It's pretty tame stuff, we cover the 5 pillars, the importance of Mecca, the Qu'ran, and the Sunnah. Surf the internet, meet fascinating people from strange, exotic cultures. Find out they're nazis.
  15. He said it at one point, I don't think he's saying it now. Reagan was a Democrat at one point also. I think a lot of Trump's Democrat past has to do with all the stuff Bush did that Trump thought was dumb. And he's from NY, which means he has certain connections. The reason Carson is/was leading at one point is that people don't know much about him except he seems nice and intelligent and seems to say the right things, so they imagine him to be what they want him to be.
  16. WOD please you and I do have several things in common like our condemnation of Snowden But please dont tell me you believe in conspiracy theories....the USA didnt commit 9/11to themselves or somehow knew it was going to happen You misunderstood what I was saying there. Calax was drawing an analogy between Benghazi and 9/11, and I was referring to the 600 security requests from Benghazi which went to the State Department but were not acted upon. Also read Calax's sources, there were general 9/11 warnings, there just wasn't enough done about them, but it wasn't because Bush wanted 9/11 to happen, just bureaucratic inertia and lots of other reasons. Are you implying that Hillary WANTED benghazi to happen? No, you can clearly see I was answering Bruce's misunderstanding that I was claiming US wanted 9/11. Of course Hillary didn't want Benghazi, she was negligent and incompetent, which is something I wouldn't say of Bush regarding 9/11, although I admit I haven't studied the issue enough. But since Bush isn't running for re-election and Condoleeza Rice isn't running for president either, that issue has only historical relevance at this point.
  17. Just as I was starting to think you're half-way rational. Hate speech isn't illegal in the US unless it's an incitement to imminent violence. Possibly those non-citizens practicing hate speech could be deported as undesirable aliens. But if a mosque is involved in a pattern of illegal activity, such as recruiting terrorists or funding terrorists, then probably it could be shut down under racketeering laws.
  18. Agreed. I did Highpool on a harder difficulty level (Supreme Jerk) than Ag Canter (Ranger) and Highpool was still easier. It's those damn killer bunnies.
  19. You don't see he's being sarcastic? Another straw man argument btw.
  20. Surveillance in the Soviet Union was to suppress dissent. Surveillance in the US is to fight national security threats, a valid function of a democratic government. You're not free if you're being murdered by a terrorist, even if you yell whatever you want in the last moments of life. Don't conflate 2 completely different things. Well StB and I am sure that KGB said the bolded thing the whole time as well I am sorry to tell that, but I really do not know, if I should laugh or facepalm about your naivity. Infinite power corrupts infinitely, and mass surveillance of your own citizens is a pavement made out of sweet talks and fearmongering into the acquiring infinite power... KGB would never admit to surveillance or anything underhanded, they're defending the Motherland and that's all you need to know. Here though we have a free press (although most of it is palace press, but not all) so you can actually figure out what's going on if you don't go full on knee jerk reaction mode.

  22. "But, the official said the threat of a hijacking by bin Laden's al Qaeda organization was general in nature, did not mention a specific time or place and was similar to the variety of different terrorist threats U.S. intelligence monitors frequently." The facts are completely different. Hilzilla knew or should've known the facility was completely insecure, located in one of the most dangerous cities in the world, and the State department hired a Jihadist militia to provide security! That is not to say Bush did everything he could've to prevent 9/11, but two wrongs don't make a right. And what effective action did Bill Clinton take to combat Al Qaeda? There's lots of blame to go round.
  23. And I already explained to you that to do what you want, Republicans would have to become Democrats, and there's no point to that. Perhaps the Dems would move as far left as Sanders, in which case I guess Repubs can occupy the space Dems occupy now, but I'm checking out of the political process before that happens. Don't forget Repubs still do very well in states and in the House, but really those are Chamber of Commerce Repubs, especially in the House, they don't represent us anyway.
  24. Somebody warned Bush 600 times that 9/11 was about to happen?
  25. I know exactly what happened in my country under communists and what to a degree keeps happanening to this day. Maybe you instead of insults should try to explain how on earth do you think mass surveilance is ever a good idea. Good compared to what? Lots of people left SU when they had a chance, but not many went the other way. Did your in-laws stay or did they move here?
