  1. M1/Messy Marv - U Ain't The Only 1 from the can't sell dope forever mixtape. Dead Prez are back yall!
  2. Excellent. I haven't heard anything about this since they announced it. I hope they bring Nico back. Any news about that? It won't be Broken Sword without her. Still Life is excellent, and I also recommend The Moment of Silence. The first Syberia is very good, and Kate Walker is one of my favourite game characters. The second one isn't as good, but still worthwhile if you enjoyed the characters and story of the first. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nico will be back. Wouldnt be a broken sword with out her
  3. Couldnt get into it, maybe it was because i felt absolutely nothing towards the main char. I mean Nico is a hot frenchie, but this chick? Just annoying with weird clothes.
  4. Broken Sword 3 Can't wait for 4, it'll probably rule. They're bringing the mouse interface back! My only worry is that it's not made by Revolution, so i hope they wont spoil anything plotwise.
  5. Professor Murder - Champion
  6. Cocteau Twins - Aikea-Guinea
  7. Yeah Buck is alright, he's got a lot to learn though. Micah P. Hinson And The Opera Circuit - She Don

  17. hey man, don't mess with the japs. they get away with everything. theyre weird and pretentious by nature. you dont wanna start translating their lyrics or song titles.
  18. np: John Fahey - View (East from the top of the Riggs Road /Bando Trestle) Couldnt be bothered to edit.
  19. Eh, GYBE isnt even close. Heard the new Scott Walker?
  20. Although i like the Waters-era Pink Floyd most, Barrett had some good tunes. And Relics is the best psychedelic album ever. edit: He totally deserves a second thread.
  21. Old news, and there has been a thread about this here. What the heck, shine on you crazy old fool.
  22. Notice how I didn't make a statement concerning the aforementioned albums' quality? Yeah. Anyway, just to be clear, which is the the most pretentious band ever? I'm guessing your second comment refers to Akon, well, I first came in contact with his work on an Akon/Baby Cham remix. Yes, the production on Trouble is awful, from chipmunk vocals to boring, annoying beats, yes, a lot of it is tedious filler, yes, sure. But, and this is a big but, a track like Ghetto makes it all seem worthwhile. Am I worse than someone who listens to Britney Spears? Maybe, I dunno. What I do know, on the other hand, is that I'm not gonna to discount a genre/artist until I give it a meticulous listen. So then, what's good music? Objectively, I know there's no way I can answer that. Good music, I suppose, makes the listener feel, cliche, I know, but that's it, the emotional connection it creates. That's good music, and it's throughly subjective. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Generally people who listen to everything are the same way as people who can't enjoy music at all, crippled. It's the two sides of the same coin.
