  1. Agreed. So very, very agreed.
  2. The blonde at the end certainly isn't too terrible to look at...
  3. It's much easier and less harmful than overestimating.
  4. Brunettes all the way. But...as has been said...and as I've said, eyes are much more noticeable to me. Give me a pair of lovely, bright eyes filled with humor and life with any hair color and I'm set.
  5. Most people seem to do that anyway. Wait...that's more of a
  6. I thought you hated spoilers. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well, I didn't actually spoil anything. Just gave a couple examples of scares, not specific times, or plot related stuff like Bok did.
  7. Sort of creepy.
  8. Haha you're accidently giving spoilers too now huh :D <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm aware of the irony.
  9. Sorry... But...Trust me, you still won't be expecting them. I didn't tell you precise times, after all.
  10. I agree it really isn't all that scary if you really look at it, but the times when it actually shines are when the damned girl pops out of a darkened hall way you're walking into, or when she grabs your shoulder, slides around, and is not five inches from your face. It's the sort of thing that makes you go "OH ****!!!" at the moment it happens, back pedal, and fire wildly in the general direction of the offending spirit. Or at least that's what I did......first time I saw the girl (First demo playthrough), I unloaded on her with half a clip from my SMG. Things like that prove to me, beyond a reasonable doubt, that I don't belong on a battlefield. Odds are I'd end up fragging some poor kid who spooks me. Edit: And I never really noticed the gun's, Kaftan. I can hit things just fine. Accuracy hasn't been a problem. Short, controlled bursts and what-not. Though, I agree, the ability to change firing modes would have been appreciated.
  11. Joy! ::Eats:: There's an odd, subtle taste I just can't put my finger-
  12. I don't know, but you're probably the only one who cares <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I c...c...c...care. :'(
  13. Ah, resorting to flames? It is to be expected. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My hypocrite sense is tingling. Schizphrenic? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Seems more like Bipolar Disorder to me. The game'll be fine, Oblivion I mean, and since my opinion on FO 3 hasn't been tainted by a prior experience with the series, I may find something good about it.
  14. I missed all the intelligent, humorous, and thought provoking posts... That and the insults. Those were always good. Welcome back, Meta (who has no idea who I am).
  15. I actually thought it was worse than those two...and I've played both...maybe because it's better in terms of graphics, and the parts are done in a more memorable way. It's much more.....personal.
  16. There's a blood-drenched room, people explode into a cloud of red mist and chunks when hit with a grenade, limbs get blown off, they get ripped in half, people get melted to nothing but skeletons, leaving a gorey mess...there's a room filled to your waist with blood....etc. etc.
  17. No, that was a bad decision on my part. Then again, I didn't realize it'd receive such blatant...for lack of a better word..."asshattery". For some silly reason, I thought you could understand the distinction between the good-natured use of an obviously overused and annoying "argumentative tool" and an actual attempt at real debate. Had I intended to really argue the damned thing, I would have taken the time to write my own post. I reacted to a dumb statement with an even dumber reply. My apologies for any misunderstanding.
  18. #1: I already said it was stupid...just felt obligated to do it for some odd reason. #2: My opinion on the game is no better or worse than yours. If you can't refrain from resorting to generalized insults...then, well, don't say anything at all. An opinion opposing yours is not automatically stupid. If you see it that way, then I pity you.
  19. My chewy center weeps... :'(
  20. Had to do this...so unoriginal and overused...but, why not? Fixed.
  21. True, all of it...or I agree, anyway. And those references of an intentionally offensive nature made toward religious leaders? The best ones. I found it funny just because of how awful and tactless it was. And yes, I was joking with it. How can you be serious with something like that? I can respect the unwillingness to engage in a fire fight over something so trivial, and yeah, Christians do tend to come under attack quite often here. Oh, and a word of advice for the future; if I do something to upset, just PM me and I'll do what I can to explain myself or to fix the situation, even if that meant deleting the post.
  22. Sounds good. I'm still looking forward to it and have already pre-ordered. All the delays though...
  23. Heh, yeah, sorry about that one. Hell, I thought it was amusing. My apologies for having a dissenting opinion when it comes to what is and isn't humorous. I......I agree with Volourn? That sounds so very, very wrong... As has been said...making threats and other such things about a cartoon which depicts your religion doing the exact same thing sort of proves a point. And, Ladies and Gentlemen, that point is simply this: People, of all races and creeds, need to remove the massive stick sheathed in barb wire from their asses. Here's a question...does the great Muslim prophet even care? Doesn't he have a whole host of other, more pressing matters to attend to? Like, for instance, fighting Christianity and Judaism for control of the world? Something tells me that he just doesn't care... No, the extremists merely demand that the artists be executed... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Owned. Also points out just how damned violent these types can become over a simple drawing. This does not help their case, and if anything, will prompt more papers to run the image (and others) if only as an act of defiance.
  24. Hey now. It also ended 2 years ago. Remember the victory speech on the aircraft carrier? I may not know my western countries but I know what GWB said. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I hate him...so very much. On a lighter note: I thought the little cartoon was funny. It's not aimed at Muslims...but extremists (Yes, I know it's an offense to portray Alah in any way, shape, or form)...and honestly, I retain my right to draw, or write whatever the hell I want to. Not that I'd make a picture of Alah gettin' busy with a cow and then run around an Iranian town screaming "Lookie! Lookie!" or anything, since that's profoundly stupid.......... ...............yes, stupid, but so long as I'm thousands of miles away from gun-toting fundamentalists...I'm gonna try my damndest to poke, prod, and annoy religious folk with cartoons. Which is a bit dumb, in and of itself, since...it's a cartoon. There are bigger fish that need frying. Ever heard the phrase "pick your battles"? Then again, I'm the one who got a good laugh out of that picture of a crucified Jesus as a snicker ad, so you'd all be better off ignoring anything I say, since I realized half-way through typing this that my entire opinion is less than informed and nowhere near sensitive to religious people...but...I'm bored.
