You values are not mine so don't be telling me what values hsould be kept because I don't see any point keeping them. This is the 21st century boyo, get with ithe times because its not the 18th century here. The human race will keep going and going, and homosexuality is the least threat to it. The biggest threat to humanity is warmongering nutjobs with nuclear weapons. Also, I don't see a problem with homosexuals raising children. Its biological, so these children's sex drives will not be confused. They will be straight, homo, or bi depending on their genetics and these children, once reaching adulthood, have every right to explore their sexuality as they see fit. Its their life, let them live it. Traditions and values are meaningless.

Basic sexual instinct, Craftman, strengthen by social controls and religion. Personally I have no problem with gays and lesbians marrying. What goes behind their doors is their business and not mine, and they deserve the same rights as I do. Now I wouldn't want to see anything that goes behind their doors, but I am against any public form of affection beyond holding hands and a quick kiss, either hetero or homo.

No you do no. Homosexuality has been found in nature in other primate species as well as other mammalian species on our pathetic blue orb. It is not a conscious choice, but part of one's personal instinct.
-
That, my friend, is an ignorant and bigoted response. Homosexuality is just as natural as heterosexuality for one's sexual drive is completely based on hormonal chemicals and neural firings in the person's brain. A person has no choice how his sexual orientation will be as much as one can choose his or her natural hair color.

For me, intolerance means bigotry. Bush is a bigot against homosexuals by not allowing them the same rights as everyone else, which a lot of Christians agree with him so a lot of Christians are bigots therefore intolerant. So while Christianity preaches tolerance its followers, at least a good chunk of them, are a bunch of bigots.

Its the area of the game where you go through to get to the mines. Its the same area where you fight the Spider Queen. -

Coran was a fighter/rogue that you could pick up on your way through the Cloakwood. Premier archer in the game. -

Spider Queen was easy. You have COran, master bowman and very good. Give hima set of Arrows of Detonation. Lovely invention indeed. You cast Haste on him nd send him in. He shoots 4 to 6 arrows a round, blowing up things nicely, and in 3 rounds everything in that chamber is dead. -

You see, don't cast spells the effect the enemies. They don't always work so you shouldn't rely on them. What you need to do is use bugging spells on your party. Buffing spells always work and are quite effective. -

I had a blast in both games. I didn't find any particular fight that hard. If I was having problems I simply changed my strategy. -

Might and Magic 6 was more annoying than fun, but then again most of the Might and Magic games were like that. -

I found the combat in the Infinity Engine games to be quite fun and challenging. Tough battles against dragons and liches were actually a challenge while kobolds and orcs were downright simple. It all depended on what sort of strategy I used. In KotOR no strategy is needed and how they made the AI for the NPCs it seemed discouraged. -

Sorry, I play my characters and develop them as I see fit. I only use the auto level up on NPCs. -

Hell, one of my friends was able to beat IWD without looking. Technically he did look, but is legally blind. SOmeone needs to tell developers that their players aren't a bunch of incompetent 2 year olds. Maybe they might listen, then again who knows. -

It would be more fun and I think the game companies are seriously underestimating the casual gamer. I mean, the easiness of KotOR on Hard core difficulty was so bad that a 5 year would have no problem with the game. -
Religion has always been a tool of social control and give a culture a identity of us versus them. Think back in the old testament when the Hebrews went back to Israel after their bit in Egypt. There was already people living there but what did their religious leaders do? By the doctrine of their god they went in and saught to wipe everyone out and steal land that wasn't theirs for centuries. Also what is wrong with the love of money? Money allows one to put food on the table, allows one to be entertained, allows one to pay bills to both to public utilities and personal debts. Money is very versitile and the economy needs good love and care if it is to remain strong. Also here is the basic message of the new testament. Love and Worship Jesus or go to hell. Hell, an eternal punishment that is both torturous and inhumane, according to Christians. Doesn't sound forgiving or loving to me. Just because I have a different opinion on things that I am damned to eternal torture? There is no crime in the history of mankind that deserves millions upon millions of years worth of torture, let alone an eternity. Some loving god you got.

In case you haven't notice there is a drought of good CRPGs right now. -
I never place any weight to what Robertson says. He is in the same boat as Farwell, a religious nutjob.

$25 a month from Qwest to get the line activated, $5 a month to rent the DSL modem, and lastly $9 a month to the ISP for unlimited use.

You spent money on T3? There is no singular character I hate except for my PC. I hate the fact I was forced to be a force user. I hate force users. -
Well, saying a candidate is a Christian is one way of not getting my vote. Religion is a private affair anyway. Those going out and about saying "LOOK AT ME! I'M SAVED!" are a bunch of stupid asshats. I don't need people like that holding any sort of public office.

I expect KotOR 2 to be the same as KotOR 1. Graphically impressive, munchkin styled classes, easy combat, with an interesting if not predictable story. -
I think there are some violent Buddhist sects, they are just more rare because the religion in general isn't as large. I'll have to look into it but I think I'd heard of some groups before. Regardless, fundamentalists is the wrong term here. Those who are "fundamentalist" in regard to Christianity literally interpret the Bible, but if they do so they would have to know of verses like "overcome evil with good" (Romans 12:21) Those you are referring to clearly rate other principles higher. This has everything to do with the people and their hatreds than anything that the Bible or Christ told them to do. And considering you aren't really aware of the good that Religion does, you really cannot speak on that, because it has as much to do with internals of a person as it has to do with how they relate to others. Considering most religious principles are good I find it very difficult to believe that it's primarily a harmful force, and I place the blame of harm on people. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> But the people get their justification and motivation from biblical texts. The root of the problem is religion.

That is so wrong on so many levels. If the Bard goes leaking, he drank too much.

Religion as a whole has done more harm than good, but I don't see Bhuddist fundamentals blowing up Planned Parenthood sites.
