Indeed. As for the McDonald's incident the coffee was indeed hotter than what was reccomended by McDonald's standard code by being 20 to 40 degrees F hotter. That particular McDonald's coffee maker/holder was malfunctioning and the owners of that particular store did nothing to fix it because it was their thinking that the coffee will cool down over time. Well, the woman got her coffee, placed it between her legs and drove off. The coffee spelt and cause severe burns in that region. If memory served a docter stated for the plaintiff stated that if the coffee was in normal temperature range the burns would not be as severe.

It has nothing to with being Bioware fanboy or an Obsidian Fanboy. It has to do with which one is the better game which Jade Empire is and KotOR 2 is not. KotOR 2 doesn't deserve the award.

It is RT combat but it is RT combat done well. I prefer its combat a lot more than KotOR 1/2 and NWN. I guess I just don't like hybrids all that much. You can have full real time or full turn base, but the middle ground tends to aggravate me. Besides, JE isn't the first RT combat CRPG I like. There was also Morrowind.

I like the item creation and modification system the most out of that game but it wasn't really necessary. The game was so easy, if on the hardest difficulty, that you can beat it no problem unarmored and unarmed.

Mandalorians it just not about genetics. It is a mindset and culture. Such as the Romans imposed their culture on their conquered the Mandalorians did the same.

What exactly where you expecting? It was released like any other game, no better and no worse. What is your point?

Quality of release? What do you mean? How the game was released to the public? It was the same with any other game with a Limited Edition version.

Personally I think the world would be better off with less people in it.

It depends on the genre. I am starting up a Cyberpunk 2020 campaign (using the old Interlock system) which will be heading towards an apocalypse of sorts. I tend to seek a balance between character plot and development with solid action in a Cyberpunk genre game. Oh, and I don't hesitate in killing characters. I still need to beat my record of the 47 minute PC kill from my old 2e ADnD game.

I kind of liked the Doctor Who spoof of big brother. The evicted are killed, or turned into a dalek.

Not if you played it on Grand Master mode.

And how is that different from having to buy a new video card, Motherboard, CPU, and the such every few years to stay equal to the curve? At least the console is cheaper.

At least Jade Empire is a finished game nor some sick and twisted mockery of the d20 System.
