My emotional behavior is is like a calm summer day with bright sunshine and a slight cooling breeze ninety-nine point nine percent of the time but then that .1% shows up without any warning you have 4 F5 tornadoes with a severe thunderstorm that is raining 10 feet of water a minute.
Its not a gradual build up. It hits all of a sudden with no triggers.

I really don't get angry. Annoyed, yes, but real anger not really. Unless you count those stressing out periods.
The reason why I do that, and it might sound odd, is the pain allows me to refocus my mind and push back the stress away. It allows me to regain control.

When I get really stressed out I tend to punch brick walls, claw my face, and scream. I have gotten to that level of stressing out 5 times in my life. Beyond that I am relatively stress free.
