Evolution is a slow process it is largely built on biological necessity, not social standing. Remember that evolution is still only a theory of how we as a species came to be, one cannot take it as whole cloth til more evidence supporting in the macroverse can be found.

If a person wants to pirate software, music, video, and whatnot they will find a way. Media piracy has been around for a very long time and it will be around far far longer than anyone of us will be alive. The boy scouts are a highly discriminatory group which no sane organization or government should align themselves to. That being said MPAA and the Boy Scouts should get along just fine.
