  1. Yep mee tooo <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Peragus was a good enough intro to the game. I'm teaching a friend to play RPGs (for some reason they insisted on starting at KotOR II instead of I), and for them, Peragus worked really well as a chance to learn the basics. But yeah, the second time through, it really, really sucked. No other characters to interact with, no sidequests... it seemed like one of those run-through-the-level-killing-everything games I hate. Admittedly, figuring out everything backwards was cool, but once you already know it... it's just a pain to replay.
  2. It doesn't seem like it'd work that badly. You could have different responses to your character based on species instead of just alignment or gender. It could also affect influence options with your companions. Of course, it wouldn't work from a historical standpoint, since the cannonized version would almost certainly portray the character as human. But it could work as a different game option, just like LS, DS, male, and female. And if you didn't like it, you wouldn't have to use it.
  3. You shouldn't have to do every side mission... I never do. It's supposed to be after you fight the Red Eclipse people, and have done some sidequests, although not all. But you can always trigger it by talking to the little bat-person by the pazaak den. Whats-her-name, Kallah something I think. Just pay her to send word of you to the Exchange and you'll get the summons the moment you leave the area.
  4. Those lines apply to a male exile...?
  5. This has probably been answered somewhere, but I couldn't find a definite answer. What's supposed to make the difference between the other two Atton end scenes? They both seem like they'd be female, probably LS, and when you have more influence w/ Atton than Disciple. Is it whether or not you make him a Jedi? In the sound files for Atton's death, it sounds like the PC never got his backstory, so never made him a Jedi. But it seems like a pretty big end difference for a small choice...
  6. Floats around and collects dust, you mean. Waste of levitation. I still say Disciple is worse, though. Even if you make him a dark Jedi, he says he's taking power from the darkside only because it's the easiest way to help the Republic and the Jedi. He's just such a pain in the ass.
