There are some incorrect things in the interview. For example, you don't need Source for Steam, and Valve actually does take a significant (but quite small relative to traditional publishers) part of the profits. Otherwise, that game sounds pretty cool. I'm hoping for some coop too, but that'll probably be a no-no. Looks like I might end up supporting this.

Would it necessarily have? Would the Emperor have surrended if two bases/armies/fleets were wiped out? Or would the Japanese be more convinced of the evils of the American swines and strengthen their resolve? Losing two cities is kinda demoralizing. It's easy to see 'right' and 'wrong' in hindsight, isn't it? Was it the right decision? Heh.

Are you using a Radeon card? Might be the drivers. The newest ones (back in the day, anyway) caused some slowdown, so you had to revert to an older one to get good performance.
