Is it "ballanced" now, when i can take the same abb on lower lvl in +fighter multiclass as passive and have no difficulties? What are the advantages of pure class cipher instead of multiclass now? They gone... Why always "ballancing" mean "nerf it until it will not be playable"?

I thougth the main idea of battle btween pure class vs multiclass was for reward on max lvls in late game only. Ultimate perc, unique magic... etc. What we have now: Pure CIPHER: TIME PARASITE (+50% faster) was an ultimate reward for character in late game (It was really REWARDing spell). And now it`s only +25% faster, wtat is almost equal to... FIGHTER`s ARMORED FRASE, which is PASSIVE ability of middle lvl. F... It that mean "BALANCE"? Really? So... meele pure cipher Then: glass cannon which sucks until lvl 17. Now: sucks on any lvl, better choose multiclass with Fighter and have no problems.

Cipher: Disintegration from long to short cast, 5m range to 10m range. Disintegration Raw damage increased from 30 per tick to 40 per tick. Oh... w... too strong.

There is one disgusting thing in POE - immunities against some damage types, likes ice blight crush imm. I can understand how it should works, but... this is illogical. What you think about to change "damage immunities" to "strongest Damage Reduction"? For example, blights have 30(40, 45, 50) Ice Damage Reduction now (but what about Crush?.. You can pierce it or slash... but NOT crush! R'lly!? ). Ardra Dragon(Throw her On the Sun - will she live?) has 60 Burn DR, etc. So now you need to activate all your buffs and debaffs to make your attacs usefull. (instead of all others)) I see it more... tactical and realistic . OK, elemental d.immunities... i can agree with it, but not about physical .

Hi all. I'm not sure that this is right topic for this, but... I'm novice here) I just want to have someone of the developers saw this offer.
