Yep, I've got some of those running now and I found another third-party mod that replaces all of the "generic buttons" during quick-time events with the keys that need to be pressed. I'll make a list and put it up when I've finished looking just in-case anyone else buys this.

Did you try sleeping, walking around, sleeping, walking around, etc. until something happened? A few of the critical events are timed to take several in-game weeks and so it can be confusing if you did these later when there is nothing to do in-between the scheduling and the event itself.

I was going to go into more detail, but I have other things that I should be doing and so I'll simply post what I have so far. Ummm... That's not true nowadays, as Kotor II's X-box bugs prove. The NWNVault, although not part of Obsidian or Atari, has never failed me when I needed the patches. More of us than you seem to think!

Well, I was killing time this morning by visiting a yard sale that was going on down the street and, low and behold, there was a copy of Resident Evil 4 for the PC for the reasonable amount of one dollar and fifty cents. Figuring that an older game would not use one-time-only registration, and realising that I would only be out a very small amount of cash, I got it and took it home; although I was soon to find out why it was priced so cheap. THERE IS NO MOUSE SUPPORT! Luckily, I've found a mod that adds it in, but for a little while there I was reminded as to why PC shooters are more responsive than their console counterparts (I was using a controller and it felt like running in cement shoes).

You know, I did not think the opening to Culpa Innata was that bad. Sure, it could have been better, but I would not have called it "horrible" - although I played the English and not the German version.

Don't use the patch unless you have to, as is causes bugs on some systems - including yours unless there's more problems.

Start the game, alt-tab out, start the task manager, right-click the game's exe, select "set affinity," select one of the two cores, re-open the game.

Have you tried running the game on only one of the cores?
