  1. I think Rangers will rank pretty damn high. They got a really good new double-shot modal. Yes it's restricted to bows and it doesn't stack with vicious aim (tested), but keep in mind that the new soul-bound weapon is a hunting bow that deal shock/ pierce damage while debuffing the enemy with -6 shock DR (combined with Peircing Shots and probably Heart of Storm) and like all soul-bound weapons has a proc-effect (from the game files I bet Returning Storm Bolt). I think with this new modal and the fast speed of hunting bows Rangers may achieve a pretty high proc rate for the effect and very decent autoshot dps. And let's not forget Driving Flight! Pet damage got buffed too. With the right talents and proper group support (100% DoT uptime and CC/debuff) the damage will be more than fine. More when I'm done some more actual playing...

But I guess I'll have to go dual anyway as soul-bound weapons are restricted by class so no 2-handed for rogue :/ Actually there is an soul-bound estoc without any class restriction.
  3. I'm fine with subraces as long as they become a well integrated part of the world/ new places we visist in the future. Generally I'd rather see the existing ones getting expanded/ balanced a) customisation wise b) story/ dialog wise and c) racial wise.
  4. Oh good, now there are even fewer reasons to play a full tank fighter. :/ because fighters and paladins needed moar pigeonholing amirite Sigh. This is a change I hope they revert before the patch goes live... it also hurts offtanks, makes fighters more susceptible to CC and kills build diversity ( seriously, unless a fighter off-tank whips out a shield he's going to be more or less as durable as a barbarian with Defender up now... ). Also, while talented defender used to be pretty good pre 2.0, it also involved a pretty hefty investment in term of resources ( class ability + talent ). I'd rather they nerfed shields instead, if they feel deflection tanks were too good ( and maybe reduce the accuracy penalty to compensate somewhat ). They already changed Perception from +deflection to +accuracy. This means minus 8+ deflection for most tank-builds and better accuracy for some enemies.
  5. At least for me its seems to be more than an (12/3)*5%=20% increase. And I tested it on 0 DR... Can confirm. At least from what the tooltip says.
  6. Hunter Pets do much more damage now. Compared 1.6 and 2.0 on same character on level 12. Feels like an 100% increase. Can anyone confirm this? Can't believe it.
  7. Field Triage and Wound Binding scale with healthpool now. Field Triage 20% Health Wound Binding 40% Health

  9. This should bring them more in line with other tanks. But I welcome this change. Fighters are boring anyways...
  10. Wary Defender was nerfed pretty hefty too. Its now +5 to all Defenses except for Deflection.

  14. Yeah it's especially good if you go for the off-tank/ dd-tank-hybrid route, which is more useful in PotD than building a full tank imo.This and a good DR value and you're quite sturdy.
  15. Sickenend and Weakenend penalty to will and fort stack?
  16. Interesting build! May I ask how you achieved this enormous amount of resolve? (32 with Base of 7)
