  1. I think you have to go to your Obsidian account, click on "My Products", and generate the Steam/GOG key for the Season Pass DLC. At least, that's what I did. [Edit] What Elarie said was true, though: I'm just adding it to my Steam account, it won't be available for a while.
  2. I'm still on my first playthrough because of the game-breaking bug where Azo never shows up in the Sanitarium. I've actually shelved the game for now, because I can't do anything else (completed every task/quest/bounty that I could). I was hoping to see this bug fixed so I could move on to Act 3.
  3. Necrophagist, what cheat did you use? I'm having the same issue.
  4. I may have; I do quite a bit of talking to see what dialogue is available.
  5. I also am having this issue. Will be happy to upload my savegame if it would help.
  6. If it helps, here's my savegame. https://www.dropbox.com/s/p7vg4r3sglulma0/5e5af19b93ef40e687abaaa8f504cbd2%2019674503%20Sanitarium.savegame.zip?dl=0
  7. ...but not the key to the North Ward. That you have to get from Azo, and if he doesn't exist downstairs, you're out of luck.
  8. So what about if you talk to Riply, find the notes, go up and talk to the Head Warden, allowed into the patient area, and Azo isn't in the lab (or anywhere in the sanitarium)?
  9. I ended up downloading it already, I think. I'm running 1.0.5.0567.
  10. Any word on finding some way into the North Ward when Azo never appears? Until this is fixed, I can't complete Act II.
  11. Bumping this, as it is still broken as of build 565.
  12. So I know this has been talked about every so often, but I'm having an issue with "The Man Who Waits" quest. At one point, I spoke with Head Warden Ethelmoer and he acted as if I had talked with someone named Azo downstairs. However, I had not gotten back to talk to the patients downstairs. Now I'm able to go downstairs and talk with the patients, but Azo is nowhere to be found. It seems that he is supposed to be in the lab that shares a wall with his office, but no one is there. Without speaking to him, I can't get a key to go into the North Ward, which means I can't talk to Gram. I saw that there in the patch notes that there is a "Retroactive fix to update Sanitarium quest stage to proper state if you already talked to Ethelmoer and then asked for Sanitarium directions from a city guard." Unfortunately, this still has not helped me. Azo is missing, and the North Ward is locked. I'm happy to upload my saved game to help diagnose, though it has been a LONG time since this issue happened, and I don't have the save file for when the game gave me the conversation with Ethelmoer ahead of time.
  13. Matt, I mentioned this earlier: the output log mentioned does not change when I try to play PoE. It crashes before anything starts. MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inc, Late 2013) Processor: 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Graphics: Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB Software: OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.3
  14. If you are talking about the output log mentioned in the MUST READ, it would be the following for the Mac: ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log Unfortunately, nothing has been written to this file since the update to 1.05b.
  15. I can confirm this behavior. I'm also on OSX 10.10.3 and am getting the same error.
  16. I just downloaded the beta, but I can't seem to run the game. The game also isn't creating the copied save game directory. I'm running OSX 10.10.3.
