Well its a huge improvement, I think, to my parents old computer which has Win95. Too bad Vista is not that great. After reading the various magazines that were hyping it up as it was in production, only to be let down by its MEness.

Kotor 2. I am on Korriban, nearing completion of the game.

The best thing you could ever do. My parents bought a new computer with Vista and in my opinion it sucks. I'll stick with WinXP Pro.

Now that I beat Kotor 1, time to play Kotor 2.

Next-Gen.biz Kotaku So is this a good idea? Blasphemy? Doomed for failure? I personally don't care, because I don't play MMO games and I don't have any great love for the Fallout games. So I definitely do not have a horse in this race. However, I figured this would be right in the wheelhouse for some of the community members here, so have at it. Fallout is not a MMOG type of game, its an RPG and always will be. Its sad how the mighty Interplay has fallen.

We Americans have the ability to go into space and we could do more if we really wanted to. But I guess we like to spend X amount of dollars on defense as if the Cold War was still around. At the rate we humans are destroying the Earth, we need to get ourselves off this planet and move on to other worlds. This planet can only support so much life and technology*. *Technology and all of the pollution that comes with it.

I would guess the universe is going to be pretty damned if we're the best there is.

Is the Darkest Day where you go into that Flying Fortress thing? I have vague memories of playing that mod. I don't know. It has been many years since I installed it.

I'm a Microsoft fan so any OS on my computer will be from Microsoft. With Win95 being the exception, I have had good luck and pleased by their OSes. I know Win2000 some what since it was on the university's computers. I don't know if I want to build one myself or I can have Dell build it to suite my needs. I went to their website and chose the options I would want and came up with it costing $1100.

Baldur's Gate 2 with the TDD mod installed. I haven't played that mod since it first came out.

I keep reading articles about Fallout 3 in magazines and seeing the screenshots, it makes me wish they would hurry up and release that. One of the few games I look forward to.
