  1. https://imgur.com/a/rmakW My rogue attacks an enemy. The combat log shows sneak attack twice. One is used and one is suppressed. Sneak attack is only shown once under active effects in character screen. What is that supposed to mean? I am dual wielding a fine sword in each hand. Crippling strike is a full attack. The second attack comes a bit later, shows the same behaviour an causes the status effect.
  2. https://imgur.com/a/Bs2cN When fighting the broodmother my rogue got knocked out but I won the fight. I returned to town and finished the quest, gaining enough exp for level up. I saved the game and quit playing. When I started again, the red injury symbol next to the portrait is gone, but the tooltip is there when I put my mouse over it. I think that the red text in the character screen is very hard to read.

  4. sorry, raw damage is not shown too when I use a bow. Is wounding shot not working or is it the combat log?
  5. https://imgur.com/a/sa5hA I play with a sharpshooter/fury I used shapeshift to become an elemental and I use wounding shot against the lagufaeh. It shows lightning damage and freezing+burning damage ( 2 wildstrike bug ). Last time I used a shattered pillar/fury but it was not so good because there was nothing I could use my wounds on. So I tried to combine the fury with ranger because its shapeshifted attack is a ranged weapon. I can use wounding shot because I have a ranged weapon equipped. Is the raw damage from wounding shot not shown in the combat log or is wounding shot not supposed to work together with the fury shapeshift weapon? What about the jump target?

I solved the quest with the fruit by finding the fruit at the beach right away ( I have high per), giving it to the guard and having the prisoner executed. Then I talked to the priestress in the shrine. I taked with the drummer and entered the chieftains hut, talking to him. And then the strange stuff happened: In the chieftains hut I entered stealth. The people there did not see me, they had no detection circle for hearing or seeing. I could take everything without problems. I went outside the hut and the effect remains. None of the villagers had detection circles and they could not see me. I could also take all containers and it was not considered stealing. Once I looted all containers in the village ( without talking to anyone after talking to the chieftain) I went to the shop. I talked with the merchant and after talking to him everything was normal again. The people had their detection circles back and they saw me when I tried to sneak in front of them. I do not know what caused this and how to reproduce this. EDIT: I did not try to steal from people while this happened. I took only things from containers. I only made this image to show that the villagers do not detect me. EDIT2: Sorry, I did not talk to the chieftain before it happened. I just entered the hut and used stelth mode, but nobody detected me.
  7. I used my mercenary fighters mule kick in my first playthrough. It showed interrupt plus 1,5sec vertical launch ( The description for mule kick is still temporary) But using mule kick on several enemies causes the game to get stuck in combat. https://imgur.com/a/RskVa Now I used knock down. It caused damage and caused interrupt. https://imgur.com/a/fnST6 The description of prone says that it causes interrupt and enemies take longer to regain their footage. Are effects that cause prone supposed to have a duration ( like PoE1) or is it correct that no duration is shown? I am not sure and I want to ask somebody else before I report this as bug.
  8. https://imgur.com/a/nUOlA - The text in the combat log says I do 16 lightning damage. - The text when I put my mouse over this line says: 16 lightning + 2.5 fire + 2.5 corrode I have used the bug that I can select two different wildstrikes at lv4 ( I am a fury / shattered pillar ) - When I press shift while putting my mouse over the text, it says 12.3 damage. Wildstrike deals +20% damage as elemental damage. 2.5 = 20% of 12.5, which is close to 12.3 in the extended description. Where comes the difference between 12.3 and 16 lightning damage from? I am a nature godlike under the influence of swift strikes, so I have +2 power level, but this is mentioned nowhere. Not in the description of my equipped weapon and not in the (extended) combat log. I can see it as active effect in my character screen, but I cannot see if and what numbers are influenced when I use my natural weapon. It is shown for transcendent suffering however ( which is suppressed because I do not use my fists)

How should this be solved? - Split reload time into recovery and reload time like PoE1? result: since both times (recovery and reload) will be shorter than the whole reload time now, things that effect only one of them will be weaker und you will need both (recovery and reload bonus) to act significantly faster. - All effects that influence recovery also work for reload the same way? result: Both recovery and reload effects will add up and having both will make you a lot faster. - something different? The current situation is definitely a bug. Chars with reload weapons will use the heaviest armor without penalty.
  11. https://imgur.com/a/kwTj6 When you travel on the world map, you cannot click on the area within the red lined. This can be a bit annoying when you travel upwards. When you open the list of known locations, you can select a place directly next to the list but still not in the marked area. This means it is not a problem with the list of known locations.
  12. https://imgur.com/a/Ut62e I have solved the plucked fruit quest in a way that I gave the fruit back, but I did not tell who is the real thief, so the prisoner has been executed. His body is floating in the water, it looks like he got some items but you cannot reach them. suggestion: All of his posessions have been confiscated before imprisoning him, so there is nothing to loot. It can be frustrating for players when they see items but it is impossible to get them.

  14. I found another bug: https://imgur.com/a/LoCg8 The speed penalty from armor is used when you have a melee weapon or a ranged weapon that is not a firearm equipped. When you have a firearm equipped the armor penalty is not added. Looks like recovery and reload are completely different things now. Armor penalty works only for recovery. Could you please test if + (or - ) recovery abilities work also for firearms? Attack speed is applied to firearms. Edit: The bug is for all weapons with reload time, not just firearms. Sorry, I forgot to check crossbow and arbalest before.
  15. https://imgur.com/a/fwUWW On my second playthrough I activated the option that you can see the answers you cannot select. In all other cases so far it showed the reason why I could not select it (wrong race, class, background, . . .), but not in this case.

So the description is inconsistent in both ways: - plus or minus - action speed or recovery speed So if an item makes you faster, it should have: - plus action speed OR - minus recovery time (opposite symbol if it makes you slower) What about reload time? Firearms show only attack time and reload time. Do things that reduce recovery also reduce reload time while things that reduce reload time work only for firearms?
  17. in this forum ( bug report ) The first thing I did when starting the game was to look through all talents in character creation. There are some things that have a wrong or missing description, but this thread is only about missing icons, I guess.

  20. https://imgur.com/a/0Qfrr When I have a weapon in each hand equipped or I am unarmed AND i look at the description of another weapon, the weapon description will show me the recovery time for dual wielding ( = -50%) for all weapons, including 2h weapons that connot be dual wielded. https://imgur.com/a/kkSZH If 1 have a 1h weapon equipped and nothing in the other hand, the item description for any other weapon will show the +12acc for using a single weapon, even if it is a 2h weapon that cannot be used in 1 hand. expected behaviour: The description of an item should not be dependent on your current equipment. It should show the base value. Especially when the equipment you look at cannot be equipped in the same way as your current equipment. You should be able to read somewhere in the game that dual wielding will give you 50%recovery, 1h gives +12acc, . . . and so on.

  22. I want to say that the flickering UI is really annoying. Sometimes when I press pause I cannot select any skill and I have to unpause and try again which may be very bad in a hard fight.
  23. Ok, we have the list about what each tier of each attribute for negative status effects is. Is there a list where the positive status effects are listened and are there also 3 tiers for each attribute? Now it would be nice to see such information within the game. Searching the forum to find out what talents do is not fun.
  24. Sorry, where can you read what those racial abilities really do? Its not shown in character creation at all and the in game descriptions are not really helpful. I found a thread with a list of racial abilities, but its just the in game description which does not help that much.
  25. For paladin/monk I would use the melee dual wielder, as posted by dunehunter. Being hit generates wounds and also triggers rooting pain to damage enemies around you. A ranged monk feels strange to me, but maybe I am a victim of playing too many DnD games. A ranged paladin monk would always need a tank to hide behind. You cannot be more than 4m away from the enemy which makes kiting hard. And using ranged weapons in close combat does not feel right to me, though I admit that you do not get a penalty for it ( except being unable to engage the enemy ). I admit that ranger gives you nothing but the pet and +2 penetration. So it all depends on how usefull your pet is. This char could be good for attacking from the second row. Your paladin aura buffs also your melee chars and you can support them without moving, but you are so far away from the enemy that melee enemies cannot hit you. EDIT: Of course, the paladin/monk could be profient with melee weapons and sceptres, switching between close combat and second row shooter depending on the situation. There were so many builds that were focused on a single weapon. One reason was, that in PoE1 every char could select every combat style and you take only one of them. Maybe this char is another reason for not giving all passive talents to every class.
